Mixed impressions, but rather positive:
Of the advantages
- breakfast is included in the price, hearty and delicious;
- swimming pool and gym are also included;
- the staff is polite, ready to meet you halfway;
- the room is spacious, there is a smart TV, there is also a cooler in the hallway;
- quiet and peaceful, as it is located in the private sector;
- the hotel is modern.
Of the cons:
- the bedspreads and curtains in the room are very dirty. You literally don't want to sit on the bedspreads, as they are all covered in large greasy spots;
- there is an air conditioner in the room, but there is no remote control;
- there is also no hair dryer in the room, but I was initially warned about this;
- some administrators had to pull out information about the hotel and room with ticks, as they were busy with telephone conversations. When asked if it was possible to eat at the hotel in the evening, they evaded, allegedly, but go to the park, and wait a long time, etc.;
- if you are not driving, then it is quite far from the center. But there are shops nearby.

We stayed for 2 nights, booked a single room and a suite double for 3 people. The hotel is located in a quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the main street of the city, and 30 minutes walk to the center. The territory is well-groomed, beautiful, the administrators are very friendly - they told and showed everything, the settlement is fast. Incredibly delicious and hearty continental breakfasts (coffee or tea, a plate with sliced sandwiches, scrambled eggs with meat and salad and dessert). A very cool pool, which you need to sign up for, the visit time is 1 hour, and there is no one else in the pool at this hour. The rooms have a smart TV, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, cleaning every day. Shower gel and shampoo are in small bags, so it's better to take them with you, especially if you have long hair and wash often :) The single room is cozy, but due to the fact that the shower is located directly in the room (the door is only to the toilet), there may not be a very pleasant smell from the riser. I want to ventilate and refresh the room a little, but there are no screens on the windows, so insects can fly in. The suite double suite is beyond praise - a bedroom with a door, a large bathroom and a living room with a sofa and armchairs, tables, bathrobes, 2 air conditioners - in the bedroom and in the living room. It's very comfortable to live, but I also want to ventilate :) In general, we are very satisfied with the stay, many thanks to the service staff, we will definitely return again

Excellent mini-hotel with 10 rooms! Located in a cottage development, the territory is fenced, there is silence and beauty around! Since there were not many people in the hotel, the reception offered to visit the sauna with a swimming pool for free (although they are not included in the price), such a customer-oriented approach is very pleasing. The rooms have a very interesting interior design, for example, a transparent shower cabin right next to the bed! There is air conditioning and a mini fridge, so there will be a zero hood in the summer. I also liked the breakfast very much - it was very varied and delicious. The price of the standard room is 90 bel.rubles, tomorrow is included. In the corridor on the restaurant there are many photos of famous actors and stars of the Russian Federation with local hotel staff, it's interesting! I found only one negative - the noise isolation between the rooms is bad, I could hear the neighbor's conversation on the phone well! In any case, this is one of the best hotels for a relaxing holiday!

I stayed for a day, so I can't appreciate all the services of the hotel. Of the advantages, I managed to note the comfort in the room, quite cozy and pleasant, clean and very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and shower; I managed to try only breakfast (scrambled eggs with ham and fresh vegetables and herbs, pancakes and tea) quite nutritious and edible!
The staff is polite! The yard is quiet and cozy!
Next time I'll stay here too!

The hotel was recommended to us by friends. We stayed for one night. The room is clean, fresh, and the renovation is pleasant. Breakfast for two came out at 30 bel.rub, very nutritious and delicious. A small quiet hotel with 12 rooms, was occupied day after day, there were either apartments or economy rooms available. Quick and clear check-in. The economy room is quite decent, there is everything you need: soap accessories, refrigerator,
air conditioning, etc. The hotel has a good continental breakfast: scrambled eggs with bacon, a couple of slices of sliced, delicious pancakes with berries and coffee. Of the cons: there was actually no hot water on the 3rd floor, which is strange for a complex with a swimming pool, well, not a word about the pool itself at the reception.

Выбирал долго отель в городе Гомель. Престиж оказался одним из лучших. Есть бассейн, большой двор с достойным озеленением. Понравился интерьер номеров. У нас с женой был полулюкс с балконом, выходящим во двор. Бесплатная охраняемая стоянка для машин. Вежливый персонал, оформили быстро и предложили рассчитаться перед выселением. Это удобно, так как мы по вечерам заказывали ужин в кафе отеля. Никуда не надо было идти искать, где можно поесть. Особенно это удобно при заселении, когда устали после дороги. Завтраки включёны, вкусные. Подаются быстро. Не понравилось лишь несколько моментов: хлеб на завтрак давали по одному кусочка, и один раз совсем маленький; в полулюксе отсутствовали одноразовые тапочки и зубные принадлежности, пришлось идти покупать в магазин; свет в ванной комнате совсем тусклый, а в номере белый холодный, очень яркий; нет полочки возле умывальника и в душевой кабинке. Это очень неудобно. И наконец, за три ночи я так и не смог нормально выспаться из-за очень неудобной подушки. И один раз в 02.30 утра нас с женой разбудили громкие голоса какой-то нетрезвой компании. Пришлось выходить на балкон и делать им замечание. Думаю, что за этим должен следить персонал отеля. Кстати, расположение отеля очень хорошее в городе.

The room and furniture are worse than in Soviet hotels, switches at the entrance to all light sources, sockets are not planned, the heater and kettle had to be plugged into an extension cord with protruding wires in the closet, the carpet is dirty, it rained all night and drummed on polycarbonate under the window, it was not possible to fall asleep and rest, at 21 00 they started vacuuming, and from six in the morning to rattle the doors. Of the advantages, a good bathroom, but the sewer stinks from the drain hole in the floor, good and comfortable mattresses, but the splashing of rain did not allow them to be fully appreciated, a good breakfast, polite staff. The price - quality does not match.

Аккуратный интерьер . Утром можно посетить бассейн в счёт номера.
Еду готовят под заказ, нет заготовок. Как следствие всегда свежая и вкусная

Гостиница расположена вроде и в центре, но тихо, только птицы поют. Чисто, уютно, комфортабельно. Персонал внимательный, вежливый. Всё отлично. Остановимся обязательно следущий раз здесь.

It can be seen that it was built 15+ years ago, but the staff is sincere and for their money (as of May 2004, a double room of 100 Belarusian rubles) is an absolute top. It is surrounded by the private sector, which is rather a plus. In general, I recommend it, but a small renovation is needed

Был в апартаментах , остался очень доволен, хороший и просторный номер. Так же порадовала очень вкусная кухня по низким ценам) В СПА тоже можно много чем заняться , отдохнуть, по плавать, по парится , по кайфовать под гидромассажем или джакузи) Рекомендую всем данный отель!

Peace and quiet reign within the walls of this hotel, because it is located in the private sector. There is everything for relaxation here: a swimming pool, a sauna, a restaurant with a bar, billiards (although with one table and it is desirable to have your own cue) and, of course, cozy rooms... A good choice to relax after a hard day.

I stayed in 2010. Excellent service, friendly people. We got a call from the highway at 10 p.m., while we got there, we settled in, and they left dinner for us and offered a sauna. For two drenched, shivering motorcyclists at the end of April, it was paradise.

Отличное обслуживание. Приветливый и расторопный персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Чистые и очччччень тёплые номера. В санузле - пол с подогревом, что очень комфортно и удобно (обувь просохла за ночь). Имеются чайник, чашки, фен,телевизор. Только хорошие впечатления

Но постель удобная и чистая, белоснежное белье.

Отличная гостиница в Гомеле. Останавливался в ней более 20 раз. Тихий район города, но не столь далеко от центра. Хорошие номера. Есть кафе, спа с бассейном, джакузи и двумя (или тремя) саунами. Кроме того, каминный зал, зал с бильярдным столом (русский). Очень гостеприимный и вежливый персонал. Удобная парковка на территории отеля. Хорошее место, чтобы отдохнуть и комфортно провести время. Спасибо гостиничному комплексу Престижу за гостеприимство, до новых встреч!

Отличная гостиница. Когда бываю в городе, всегда там останавливаюсь. Последний раз это было в морозы - и ничего: в номере - теплынь, пол в санузеле с подогревом-обувь за ночь просохла, горячая вода и чайник с чашками,фен,губка для обуви и щётка для одежды. Всё необходимое в наличии. Завтрак вкусный. Единственное - некомфортно, потому что кровать напротив зеркала, но это лично мои предубеждения и на качество услуги никак не влияют. Однозначно - рекомендую

Отличная гостиница со своим СПА центром. Номера очень большие и просторные. Прямо из номера в халате выйти к бассейну!
Персонал не просто вежливый и приветливый, а просто окружает вас домашней заботой, и это несмотря на то что гостиница ведомственная и присутствует государственный подход к сервису.
Очень хорошее кафе с добротной кухней. Еду доставят в номера и можно сибаритствовать!
Иронично, что в ведомственной гостинице водоканала есть изъяны в сантехнике.
