A place where you need to keep your things with you - 50 euros were stolen from the spare money in the bag, and they took not all, but only one piece of paper so that it would not be noticeable. At the reception, the girl smiled sweetly and said that she would check, the result was zero. There was another employee standing next to me, who openly grinned when she heard my claim. I would not be surprised if this is not a problem of one employee, but the work of several members of the staff.
