I had a Pedicure with the master Elena Kastritskaya, in the salon on Goretsky 3.
The master has a nervous breakdown and overwork.
The service is a hardware pedicure.
When I entered the room I was cold, I asked to turn off the air conditioner.
The master was already on edge.
An hour later, I asked if I could open the window for air.
To which the master replied quite aggressively and with a grin - that literally under no circumstances would she open the window. At the same time, it was not clear what the problem was that I asked about the window, and why they answered me so aggressively.
At the beginning of the pedicure, I asked the master to cut easier, because it hurts me, because the nails were cut off, which, apparently, she was also dissatisfied with.
In general, everything was already nervous, even if you hang up an axe.
I sat silently with my eyes closed the whole procedure, and tried to relax.
I have been doing pedicures for more than 15 years, I have a peculiarity of the nervous system and my leg can twitch. The masters always ask if it's hot when they work with the device.
Here, the master got mad in the middle of the procedure, began to say that I was nervous and that she would not work like that and just promo would not finish the procedure now, although she made only one foot.
She continued the procedure, but until the end of the meeting, I listened so that I would not come to her anymore, how uncomfortable I was, and in a month another master would come out so that I would only sign up for that one.
Although I was checking in with the administrator just for the near future, and not to a specific master.
She just ran with Ben somewhere and talked about her condition so that I could definitely hear and asked for water and pills because her heart ached from such work.
Attention the question is why I have to listen to all this for my money, why the master blames his nervous state, exhaustion and fatigue on me, and I also have to listen to how they discuss me in front of me in the salon.
Conclusion: the master burned out and it's time for him to go on vacation or to a psychiatrist for stronger drugs than phenibut, which she ran to drink and be sure to notify me and everyone around that she was doing it.
The advantages are that she has finished her work.
Cons - I was bombarded with nervous and anxious statements for at least 30 minutes that I don't belong here.
At the same time, I was silent. Having said once that no master in my life has ever had problems with me.
I paid for the service, although I think I could have not paid.
Both the master and I are in a completely spoiled mood, I do not want to return to the salon.
And just like a healthy person, I will not be able to check that the master has a heartache and everything is bad from that hour of work with me, and not from all the tension and fatigue that was before that 🤷♀️
It doesn't happen that easily.
It is also worth considering that apparently she is working alone now, in the summer, at the height of the season.
And this only confirms that it's not about me, but about the load, which the master simply does not take out and just starts watering customers out of fatigue. It was more like a nervous breakdown on the part of the master than a constructive dialogue.

We arrived 35 minutes before closing time, and they told us that they would only let one in. I went for a haircut - for the first time in my life, I was cut STANDING UP! And no, my hair is not even below the shoulder blades, a completely normal length just below the shoulders. They didn't specify any of my wishes, but they cut my hair... they never cut it so crookedly! Straight straight hair has ALL strands of different lengths. An abominably rendered service!
