Stayed with my brother last week at the Pride Hotel. We contacted the hotel administration a day in advance and discussed the possibility of early check-in. No extra charge was charged for early check-in at 9 a.m. There is a very friendly and polite Russian woman at the hotel reception. She clarified what time we were leaving, after learning that we were leaving at 8 a.m., and their breakfast didn't start until 8 a.m., they offered to take the breakfasts in the lunch box. As a result, we agreed that we would have breakfast on the day of arrival, but we would not have breakfast on the day of departure. The rooms are quite cozy, although there is not enough lighting for work, since the lamps are not ceiling-mounted, but wall-mounted, but they are quite suitable for relaxation. The bathroom is quite decent in size, equipped with Underfloor heating. In general, a good hotel in this price category, and close to the center.
