The hotel is located in a great part of the city, you can walk/drive to the main attractions very quickly.
We were at this hotel in winter and, unfortunately, the windows blew heavily. We escaped in one room with a hot-air conditioner, in another and it didn't help much. The repair is new, everything is neatly done.
As for breakfast, everything is fine, delicious, varied. They also gave me a voucher for dinner. I think this hotel can be safely recommended for summer/autumn/spring, but not for the winter period.

The hotel pulls on a solid 3*. When I stayed in it, some floors were being renovated, perhaps the housing stock was being renovated, but the room I was in left the impression of being "tired".
Since I am quite thermophilic (I was during the rains and the temperature was low enough), therefore the built-in climate control unit worked at maximum speed, giving out the roar of the aircraft horn, but ... unsuccessfully. It seemed to give warm air, but its amount was so small that ... it was cold. In a T—shirt) However, in Israel this is a common thing in the cold - there is no heating as a class. I won't say what it will be like in a hotel in the heat... I hope it's better.
It is clear that in Israel it is not worth waiting for some kind of pickles at breakfast, but it was ... hard for me when there was only fish from meat. Sausages at least, but no! Even the kashern ones!I had to transform the menu with a neighboring store. Otherwise, the choice is classic: porridge, eggs, salads, apples, and sweets.
On the plus side, I'll write down that you can walk from the hotel to the old town in about half an hour (I didn't notice it, but not far). And the staff easily communicates in English, and some in Russian!
