On June 29, 4, we had our canvases changed, as they were of poor quality
The whole process from purchase to installation took 8 months!
The company has several divisions:
The first company is the salon where you placed the order and paid for it according to the contract
The second company is engaged in logistics, not very successfully, several times our delivery was simply lost and postponed again and again
The third company is the production itself (in Kolodishchi)
As a result, some received the payment and forgot about you, the logisticians don't care what or how, the production also has a technologist and a quality department, but it may not be fully adapted to the unknown (since the doors were brought with defects, curved canvases)
Our process lasted for 8 months, since you first wait for them to be manufactured, then you wait for an appointment for delivery, they have 2 installers, they are also busy, they put a door in front of you, which is "banana", and you wait for them to be picked up, fixed or made new, then again in a circle…
It's been like this for 4 times!
Thanks to technologist Ivan, who met us halfway and brought our order to the end, although in fact I have no obligations with the production, since the contract is concluded with the sales department, who, having received 100% payment, understand that we are not going anywhere, and only their canvases will become in the profiles that are already mounted in the wall ( no one will sell you the canvas separately, I found out)
I will recommend this salon, the answer is definitely no.

We continued to look for doors for the New Year's long weekend - we visited the Prima Port door salon in Persham - a very good choice and pleasant consultants . I even had to take a walk and wait until the manager was free - they have a lot of people there. It would be good if there were 2 managers. Acceptable prices for doors in paint - we've already traveled through the salons, we know what's what. If you are on the search, you can definitely consider it.

Nice salon, good choice! I ordered doors in Persh for myself and for my mother. The girls in the salon are pleasant, helped with the choice, advised. The doors were made on time as promised. It was installed so neatly and quickly (6 doors per day)! We were satisfied with the quality! No complaints.

Good company, pleasant, helpful staff. They all suggested it and helped me solve my problems. The doors are good, there are no questions about the quality. Highly recommend it!!!! But I do not recommend the craftsmen who install the doors.

The Belarusian doors of the Prima Port were especially appreciated - good quality and prices are normal. We have been thinking about changing the doors in the apartment for a long time - we finally found something that we liked both in terms of cost and design

The cost of the doors in the cabin was calculated twice. The measurement arrived and the difference with the preliminary calculation came out to be more than 1000 rubles. Extremely incompetent managers who are misleading. I also had to pay for the measurement due to a mistake by the manager. One word cannot be recommended.
