Choosing an apartment, this project seemed very promising. Firstly, a good location, the southern part of the city, a lot of greenery, a river, from the upper floors there will be a magnificent view of the mountains. Secondly, we must organize a lot of spaces for walking, sports, and there will be a playground for the future. We haven't made a final decision yet, but we are leaning towards this house.

A very nice area, green, lots of air and the river is very close by. The Botanical Garden is visible from our windows. We rented an apartment on the 7th floor, and there is enough sun and a botanical garden in the palm of your hand.
