Excellent hotel in the very center, very caring staff. The rooms are cozy, but it was a little chilly in November, and the blanket is quite thin, the air conditioner saved the heating. The breakfast is sufficient, buffet style.

A small hotel in the city center, a new high-quality renovation, a standard room on the ground floor- everything was fine. Breakfast for 4, there is plenty to choose from, but the coffee is only instant. During the 2nd night of the stay, the towels were not cleaned or changed. A bathrobe and slippers are available.

We arrived in sunny Armenia for a visit. We checked into this hotel and did not regret it, everything was wonderful! Clean, cozy, delicious and beautiful !!!

Excellent, comfortable and hospitable. The rooms are super, the finishes are fresh and high-quality, the plumbing is new. Breakfast: buffet. For every taste. If I'm going to Gyumri for the second time, just come here!

- Excellent location
- New, clean and designer rooms
- Very pleasant, sociable and helpful staff.
Minuses
- Sound insulation of the rooms. From the room, you could hear everything that was going on in the reception and in the hallway. I give four stars only because of the sound insulation.
- A meager and cold breakfast

Great hotel. A comfortable room with a stunning view from the window, a bidet and a luxurious bed. The staff is very friendly. We expected that the breakfast included in the price would turn out to be just a couple of sandwiches with tea, but in fact we received a buffet of delicious dishes. (I attached the view from the window in the photo)

The location is excellent, the rooms are new, there is everything you need (including shaving kits, bathrobes), the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is friendly, the view from the window onto the main street. It's just great!

We stopped by for one night from September 11th to 12th. We took the cheapest room. Friendly staff, cleanliness everywhere, everything is new, air conditioning everywhere, all amenities in the room, even a toothbrush with toothpaste were, I note this because we did not plan to stay in the city. A great hotel, with a super location (city center).
