Our wedding photo shoot was held with Prime Mood Studio in Ankara on August 08, 2026, but the process was problematic from start to finish. The attendant who came to the shooting was extremely indifferent, our shooting time was taken in the afternoon and the shooting was done hastily in a crowded and busy wedding environment. The photo quality was far below our expectations, even our aspect ratios are incorrectly reflected. Despite all these negativities, we continued the process and selected our photos for the album via the link sent to us, determined the album cover, entered our name, date and address information completely. Despite this, although months have passed, no return has been made. When we contacted the company on December 1, we clearly used the phrase “we have selected the photos”, and the company responded to us at that time as “the process starts after selecting the photos” and “editing/editing phase”. Later, the company denied the process, this time in a completely contradictory way, saying, “you only chose the music video, there is no album selection.” While we still have the correspondence in which we stated that we chose the photos and received a response from the company based on this, this attitude is both misleading and extremely unprofessional. The most disturbing part is that the company official uses an expression such as “We regret that we are serving irresponsible customers like you” to us. This discourse is a direct insult to the customer and is absolutely unacceptable. This approach, which blames and humiliates the customer by blaming the shortcomings in their own systems on the customer and on top of that, has seriously victimized us both financially and spiritually. Despite all this, our album has still not been delivered. My request is that our wedding album be prepared urgently and delivered to me completely and that this victimization we are experiencing be eliminated. Otherwise, I clearly inform you that I will exercise all my legal rights and apply to all the necessary authorities.
