I sincerely do not understand why the rating of this restaurant is so low. We went to it every day, because we lived nearby. Friendly staff. If necessary, communication in Russian without problems. All the dishes we took were delicious. The waiting time, as elsewhere, depends on the number of visitors. We always went with three children, and they always ate everything. Conclusion: I recommend this place to everyone.

A wonderful restaurant, very tasty dishes of ostri, khachapuri of any kind, shish kebab, salads. Everything is pretty fast, the service is amazing, the staff is polite and friendly! We eat there almost every day, as it is close to home. There were never any complaints, but there were compliments from the institution :)

I lived nearby and stopped by for a snack several times. I tried osti, kharcho and veal stew here. I really liked the dishes themselves. The meat is good, perfectly cooked. The staff is polite. On the downside, the confusion with prices. The price in the receipt did not match the menu.

We were with a young man on Friday evening. There are almost no people. They immediately asked how long they would cook the order (15-20 minutes), ordered a salad with nuts, khinkali with coriander and khachapuri according to imereti. Beer was brought immediately, followed by salad, after a while khachapuri and khinkali. The waitress is very polite and courteous. After the dishes, I changed the plates. Khinkali is really very tasty. Before that, we ate in Khinkalnaya 1, it seemed a little saltier here, but it's even tastier this way)

We went to dinner with the family twice. The dishes are not bad and are cooked well. But it doesn't look like a restaurant, it's more like a cafe for a snack. I recommend: ostri, chicken wings, khachapuri. The first time was served for a long time, the second time it was much faster. It's worth updating the decor, making it more attractive!

I ordered khinkali, asked how long to wait - 15-20 minutes they said. After 25 minutes, I ask when is what there? They tell me 5 minutes. I'm waiting for another 8 minutes. And I'm leaving. Lunch time has come to an end. Thanks)

We ordered 2 chicken soups, a glass of beer, lemonade, khinkali.
The drinks arrived 20 minutes later.
The soup was brought after 3 reminders at 1:20
Khinkali, after questioning, turned out that it was not at all, although they were brought to neighboring tables.
As a result, after paying the bill, khinkali was brought to us. It's been 2 hours.
I do not recommend it.

We visited this restaurant. I'm not used to writing negative reviews, but .... Firstly, they brought the wrong drinks that they ordered, they were replaced without any problems. Secondly, Caesar salad was served inside the salad, a piece of a wrapper or a label, after that the desire to eat salad disappeared. Thirdly, the cherry on the cake was the dish "trout rings in cream sauce" - they brought a whole fried fish with a head and tail, separately sauce and lemon - not at all what is on the menu. Fourth, they took + 10% of the total check. Decide for yourself whether to visit this institution or not).

We went without viewing reviews with the children for lunch. Service 0. The waiter (she) couldn't explain anything. Well, that's okay. After three remarks, she did not bring the drinks. The order itself was waited for 40 minutes. The vegetable salad was carried for 30 minutes!!!! The dough in the hinkals is not ready, mashed potatoes with a cutlet were carried to the child for 45 minutes, plus the cutlet was black.
And yes, the service was credited with 4 lars.

We ordered trout rings in cream sauce, the waiter brought the usual fried trout whole, without any hint of cream sauce and rings. They said that this dish actually looks like this, they just didn't have time to change the photo. It seems as if they decided to deceive me. I had to give up the dish. The desire to order something else has disappeared. I'm unlikely to visit this place again.

It's a terrible place.
1. One waiter took the order, another brought the food, a third took it away, the fourth brought the bill and took the fifth. maybe this is the norm for some, but this grouping is a bit strange
2. salad (tomatoes and cucumbers)they brought it to me later than the soup to my boyfriend. and this is only after being reminded that I am waiting for an order(. they forgot about it, because I had to go up to them, remind them, and then they came to us to check if the salad was the right one)
3. mixed up the flavors of lemonade, which was also brought late
4. in the cafe on the veranda, it is unclear what is making noise on the roof, it is very unpleasant to sit with this noise, my head hurts
to eat here or not, choose for yourself, but I will not return there anymore
