I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dirt, stench, terrible beds that are impossible to sleep on, and the deception of canceling a reservation and a review on booking that was not written by me.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and booked a room with my son, a room with two separate beds. There was no such number upon arrival. They gave us a room with a double bed and brought another single bed to our room and supposedly improved our conditions, The bathroom smelled so much of sewage that it was impossible to stay there without ventilation. The shower stall is dirty and mildewed. In the evening, we realized that the linens on the beds were not clean and the mattresses had humps, so it was virtually impossible to sleep on them. The man at the reception desk asked me for my phone five times and looked at the booking on booking. In the evening, booking cancelled the reservation and changed the cost of the reservation, and we wanted to move out for the second night, but no one returned the money to us, supposedly our living conditions had been improved. The buffet consists of an egg, an apple, cheese and sausage (definitely not a buffet, but a light snack)
But most of all, I was outraged when my excellent review appeared on booking, which I did not write, but the guy from the reception wrote endlessly checking my reservation on my phone. Never stay in this hotel. He's terrible

Maybe, of course, it's clean for Uzbekistan, they don't wash the walls in the shower, such a long-term layer of dust and grease and rust from all the guests, such a yellow plaque on the tile, the water goes bad, a puddle forms, we had room 3, it smells like sewage in the san node. And the mattresses, by the way, are terrible, they lie so that you roll down to the floor, well, in short, for such a condition, it would be cheaper. The usual breakfasts, cheese, sausage, watermelon, melon, some sweets, were given like red caviar, but this is an imitation. Nearby, on the small ring road, there are markets, a coffee shop, an ATM and a good cafe on the left, the sign is nondescript, but inside there are two halls, summer and winter with sofas, even further behind the cafe on the left, a little walk, there is a wonderful store, they fry like kfs and catfish in batter

I make this assessment because of the failure to fulfill some promises. Of the advantages, the rooms are inexpensive to save the budget. I didn't have to pay extra for early check-in.
Cons: I was on a business trip and I needed accounting documents, which they promised to do on the phone, but in fact they gave me an incomprehensible piece of paper written by hand, without a cash receipt. The toilet and shower are shared on the floor, not very convenient, especially in the morning. The breakfast is modest.

When we barely got there, we were faced with the absolutely boorish attitude of the reception. He began to kick us out with the words "get out of here." The guests wanted to leave their suitcases, so this one on the respawn said absolutely calmly "valuables can oversleep." We took the guests to another good hotel with adequate service and even in the city center, on Oybek. It's just a terrible experience!!

We booked through booking, two hours before check-in, we wrote in WhatsApp that the sewer allegedly broke down. And they offered some apartments more expensive than a hotel with an unclear location. Upon arrival at the hotel, to find out all the nuances, they simply did not open the doors. We stood and left for an adequate hotel. We ruined 4 hours of rest in Tashkent while we were figuring out what and how. I do not recommend it categorically.

We booked through Booking for six nights, bought into the reviews and rating in the Booking of 9.5 and a good location. The administrator began to steam his brains that since we do not need registration, and in booking the cost is inclusive of registration, then in order to pay without it, you need to cancel in booking. After the cancellation, it turned out that he was mistaken and the cost is the same. Upon arrival, we checked into a room on the ground floor (triple) next to the dining room. The doors with glass inserts were strained. The room is large, the furniture is a broken corner sideboard converted into a wardrobe, the beds creak and wobble. The TV is hanging on the wall, apparently for the sake of the interior, three meters to the nearest outlet. The refrigerator in the hall is shared - it did not work. The bathroom is without a sink, the shower pours in all directions, the toilet lid is broken, there is a hole in the stairs near the sewer pipe, the ceiling is in mold. Dirt under the beds.
It rained a little at night and water poured from the ceiling onto the child's bed. Breakfast is squalor - from a small number of completely different dishes, which the girl did not have time to wash for the guests, tea, coffee, sliced watermelons, a couple of sliced sausages, bread, boiled eggs. The counter is always empty, the administrator always has to look somewhere.
We lived for a day, escaped to a great hotel at a lower price.
I don't understand how they got such a rating and where the reviews come from in excellent tones.

It all started with the fact that I booked a hotel at a booking, I always booked there and there were no problems. Then the administrator immediately called me and said: "Good afternoon, you know, the room that you booked is not there ..." and it went on the way, but he offered an alternative in the form of an apartment, +- for the same money. Already at this point, it was necessary to doubt the adequacy of the place, but the small number of rooms throughout Tashkent forced us to take this for granted and agree.
As a result, some time after our first conversation, we received a call and were asked to remove the reservation from the booking, saying why, if we had already decided and agreed!
Immediately, when booking, we agreed on a late check-in (well, as agreed, we agreed to pay for the whole day), they met us, no matter how, they looked for the administrator themselves.
We arrived at the apartment (and it turned out not to be in a hotel or even nearby, but 15 minutes by taxi) ... the location is 3/5, the condition of the bathroom and toilet is -5/5, the bathroom and toilet are terrible, just terrible... we think maybe we'll bargain, while I was walking into the hall to say that the price for this apartment is too high, I saw cockroaches!
They immediately said that the option was not suitable at all, we went back to the hotel, the receptionist broke down like this, so in the end we say at least you have some kind of room so that you don't hang around Tashkent at 2 a.m., oh, you know there is nothing (although NOT a SINGLE window was lit, no one was visible at all in the "hotel"), then someone called and told us that they say there is 1 room for this night, but at 7 a.m. we need to leave ...

We stayed with my husband for one night.The month of February, we were given a fireplace and the room became warm after 20 minutes. The TV shows only Uzbek channels and only in Uzbek.
The room is clean, fresh linen. The furniture in the room has already seen life.Photos look better than reality.There was breakfast in the morning:boiled eggs, two types of sausage, cheese,cakes,bread, coffee, tea.

They made a concession by checking us in ahead of check-in time and prepared breakfast early in the morning for our departure at 6 a.m. But! We got a blue room, it was very dirty. There was someone else's hair everywhere, mold in the bathroom, someone else's hair on the soap dish, gum stuck to the headboard. It was still possible to sleep on a double bed, but on a bunk the mattress was too worn out, every spring was felt even just by passing a palm.

It's dangerous! Do not stay at this hotel. We booked a room at the booking office, warned in advance that there would be a check-in after midnight, and received a reply that everything was OK. Before the plane, in the evening on the day of arrival, I called on the phone, clarified that we would be there, everything according to plan, we would be at one o'clock in the morning. As a result, we arrived at exactly one o'clock in the morning, there was no one at the reception, the ceiling leaked, everything was so shabby, so still in the water. They called on the phone, an untidy young man came out, and in bad Russian began to explain that since we did not show up before midnight, the reservation was canceled. But it seems like he can still populate us. But for some reason it doesn't populate. I still didn't understand, maybe he wanted extra money. We tried to speak English, but it turned out that he doesn't speak English either, he just started insulting me that I allegedly don't speak English, and now he will call a "competent person" who will prove it to me (I have a Cambridge C1+ certificate, if anything). An automatic cancellation letter came from the booking service - this "miracle" from the reception tore my phone out of my hands and began to delete this letter. Thank you, of course, that I know how the recovery of deleted emails works, but this behavior is just beyond the limit. I asked if he would do the registration - hotels in Uzbekistan must do this by law, and they did it for us during a two-week trip everywhere. At first, he explained for a long time that he would not be able to, because we arrived after midnight, then he said that he would be able to send the registration to telegram, but he would not be able to print it because they did not have a printer, and then he simply said "Get out of here!" and he kicked us out with our suitcases in the middle of the night. The only person in all of Uzbekistan during the 2 weeks of travel who did not behave hospitably. And it seems that in the holy month he did not hesitate to take a sin on his soul, kicking us out. In short, it's a wild place, maybe someone is lucky here, but it's better not to get involved, fortunately there are many normal hotels in Tashkent.

Nice hotel. Quiet, calm, clean. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the metro. The breakfast is good (sausage, boiled eggs, cheese, fruit, toasts can be made, tea, coffee) there is a microwave. The sound insulation is good. There are a lot of guests with children, but no one can hear the silence.

A terrible hotel made from a former pretentious house with dilapidated Uzbek quality.
First, we were met by a cleaning lady who understood nothing but Uzbek. The administrator had to wait about half an hour. There is no question of oriental hospitality at all.
Secondly, we were not accommodated in the selected room. They referred to a breakdown. They offered another one, but much worse, with separate beds and a shared bathroom. At the same time, the discount was offered very little. Because I did not want to run around looking for new housing at all, I had to bargain and cancel the reservation at the booking.
Thirdly, the room is tubby, the beds creak, the toilet with a bathtub is combined with the current dead plumbing. Well, I'm generally silent about the quality of cleaning.
PS. when I asked for a replacement for a torn pillowcase (I saw it when I checked in), they said that it was the last one, just a laugh.
Well, it turned out that someone had stopped by our supposedly non-functioning room at night.

We spent one night at the hotel, very badly. The hotel does not meet the stated high rating at all. The farm is in poor condition. By the way, pay attention, there are rooms with shared bathroom (in the corridor).
There is no sound insulation in the rooms (cognac did not help). The bed linen was of dubious appearance. The lights went out twice in one evening. The condition of the furniture is damaged. We do not recommend it!

I arrived at the Villa Prime hotel at the reception they said there was no electricity, wait 10 minutes for the room to be cleaned. As a result, I waited 30 minutes. I went into the room, which was not very clean... There is no blanket, there is no table, I could not work out at the computer.... Unless sitting on the couch. The room was cold and not heated by anything. There is no toilet or shower in the room! It's a shame for the time spent. The staff is rude and not in touch. Real cattle. A house for renting apartments. I didn't have time to take pictures of the dirt in the room and the hair in a separate shower and an unwashed toilet.
