My husband and I stayed at this hotel from July 6 to July 10, 2025. The hotel is simple, without frills, but we didn't need it. The main criteria when choosing a hotel were to be close to the center, cleanliness in the room and to have breakfast. We lived in room 204, the windows overlook Victory Park. There is a swimming pool, which is a huge plus when the heat is 35, the water is clean. Towels are provided for sun loungers by the pool, you just need to ask at the reception. The pool can be used until 20.00 hours. But we swam only in the morning, right after breakfast, because we spent the whole day walking in the city or on excursions, returning closer to night. They respond immediately and positively to any comments or requests. On the last day of our stay, the hose in the shower broke, we informed the administrator about it, and literally within half an hour the master came and fixed everything. The advantages of the hotel: A large double bed, clean linen, white clean towels (2 large +1 for the face + 1 for the legs), air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, TV, clean bathroom, there were small bottles of shampoo, soap, shower gel for washing. Every day they gave out a 1L bottle of water. Very good breakfasts, a buffet, the assortment is not very large, but you definitely will not stay hungry. We ate so much that we had enough until the evening. You can ask for any dishes in the room, they will give you everything. The hotel staff is very friendly. Disadvantages of the hotel: It was impossible to sleep with the windows open, because there was a 24-hour car wash in front of the hotel, and it was always very noisy. There are no slippers in the rooms, no bathrobes. There are no sets of toothpaste and brushes (probably this upset us the most, because we did not sleep for a day, two planes with a transfer, we were very tired when we arrived at the hotel) we had to run to the store to buy, of course it was not critical, but at that moment it made us a little angry. The safe wasn't working either, but we didn't really need it. BOTTOM LINE: of course, the hotel is not perfect, you need to understand this. You should not expect something wonderful and high from the hotel. But we are happy with the hotel, we are simple people, not picky, we were satisfied with everything, for this money it is quite good. For 5 days we paid 17t.p.

A small but very cozy hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts. If there is a need for dishes in the room, you can take them from the buffet. Clean white linen and towels. Large double bed. You can get a hair dryer from the receptionist. A large enough pool (towels are provided). The view from the window is amazing on Mount Ararat. A liter bottle of water was supplied every day. There is a shop opposite the hotel where you can buy excellent coffee and grind there. There are also other products available. You can walk down to the park where there is a large Ferris wheel and a gorgeous Jurassic Park! It is a must-visit, especially with children. There is an excellent Dedo-Babo restaurant not far from the hotel. We always had dinner in it. Delicious and mouth-watering cuisine. Excellent homemade pomegranate wine! I plan to come next year.
