They actively misled us by claiming that they have their own cars, while most likely using the services of resellers. They also lied that the situation was "under control" and we were "fuming in vain." But it turned out that it was not in vain. And all the mistakes that could have occurred along the way have occurred. When the situation frankly reached an impasse, they hid their heads in the sand and avoided open dialogue! Instead of offering a solution, they waited for us to take control of the situation. And so it happened. We found a way to solve the problem ourselves. but! Instead of making every effort to fix their own joints, they just put sticks in the wheels. Their leader is a separate story. He does not hear, does not listen and clearly shows his utter indifference and disrespect! Communication with him has been reduced to mindless correspondence, where he formally signs letters without getting in touch. Save your time and nerves! Don't mess with them! There are plenty of other carriers that fulfill their obligations. Primum does not understand at all what responsibility and professionalism are!
