Good afternoon! We had a rest from 27.02-12.03. 2023 in this hotel. The 4* hotel has justified itself 100%. The staff is friendly. The room was always cleaned with dignity. In the room : only the contents of the refrigerator (beer, cola and water) are charged Also in the room for convenience for free: safe, 2 bottles of local water, beach towel, umbrellas, bathrobes, pool slates, hair dryer, kitchenette with stove, microwave, dishes. The breakfast at the hotel is monotonous, a standard set: scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, rice, pasta and chicken. We are not picky, everything is edible. Fruits are modest (watermelon and pineapple), but stable. All that was missing were delicious buns and bagels … Tuk-tuk - picks up from the hotel and drives along the beach with a stop on demand. The driver is doing well- he drives carefully, but the last flight is at 17:00. The hotel has pools on the floors, but unfortunately the bar at the big one did not work. Located on the 2nd line, walking distance to the sea is not very far 15-20 min. There are shops and cafes nearby. We really liked the hotel, especially the clean air in the mornings from the mountains. Thank you so much for providing room 3101 with a sea view!

The maps show the paths through the hotels - they are not correct, security does not let them through, and it will take an excruciatingly long time to get around!!! Yes, there is a shuttle service to the beach, but it is up to 17 ... in fact, there is no gym here, everything is shabby, old and even rusty ... it is better to go to a paid one for 300 baht. The food is ordinary, not super, but you won't starve either.. the service is... well, also ordinary. Rooms with a view are more expensive.

The road along the highway, of course, confused me, but not much. It's not exactly suitable for walking with children, the two of them are generally normal if they are careful and careful. Along the way, you can visit coffee shops and buy fruits. To the left from the hotel to the beach go faster, about a kilometer. To the right to a good place on the beach is about 2km. There is a tuk-tuk to the beach, but we did not use it. 2. The room. I got 2317. It is located far from the reception, in the second building, but close to the pool. To go to the room through stuffy common empty rooms, but these are small things. There was a sea view from the balcony, but only a little bit)) mostly on the first line hotels, but it will be from any room. The table and chairs on the balcony are wooden. The room itself is OK, a large bed, two bedside tables, floor lamps, a long table, various drawers. It took a while to figure out how to turn on the TV with cable through the receiver. There are four hangers in the closet, only enough for jackets and sweatshirts. In general, there is little space for storing clothes. There are umbrellas and slippers. The bathroom was OK too. Cleaning every day, fresh beach and room towels every day. Two things infuriated me: the ants!!! there are many, many, many ants, you can't order food in the room, then they run around the plate in flocks, they spread everywhere, horror! and not that there are crowds of them, but 5-10 ran every day. Nothing critical, but it still pisses me off. Appeared on the 3rd day. And also the light: The switches do not have on-off positions - the light turns on every time the card is activated. During the day, the yellow light of the lamps presses, but this is also more my problem) 3. Breakfast. I liked it. You can't talk about any variety, but everything is clean and fresh. There is meat, side dishes, pastries, and very tasty fruits. When something ends, they add it right away. The restaurant is empty until 9 a.m., after that there are already a lot of people. 4. Food. The restaurant, which opens after breakfast and is declared as sea view (on the roof) is temporarily located in the breakfast area)) The food on the menu is normal, Thai and European cuisine. Tom yam, noodles are good. The club sandwich is not very good, the French fries are awesome. 5. Swimming pool. Clean. A pool bar is open. There are always people, but there is always also a place. There are few children. 6. Consider that there is no fitness room) everything is rusty and battered. 7. Lobby. They mostly passed by because they didn't need help. Only once did they use the call at the reception to pick up the plates from the tom pit in which the ants had settled. The lobby boy came running 2 minutes later. I think they also solve problems quickly for the rest. Honestly, everything is OK in the hotel, but there is a constant feeling that something is unfinished, that it is not enough to bring it to mind - to work out the territory, to poison the insects. The distance from the sea is normal, but there is not enough infrastructure right at the hotel - even 7-11 and that is a 10-minute walk away) laundry in the hotel itself is expensive, things also have to be carried in private. In general, of all the three times that we have been to Thailand, this hotel, in comparison with others, left a pleasant, but ambiguous impression. I can't confidently recommend it, but I won't dissuade you either. In general, it's fine.) maybe even a little better.

But the whole impression of the hotel was ruined by the cleaning of the room! It's just terrible! In 3 weeks, we have never had the bathroom, shower, toilet and sink washed! Linen and towels were changed only on the 10th day, when I already put both the tour operator and the receiving party and the hotel staff "on their ears"! Friendly and smiling staff, room cleaning for 5+ (daily), the rooms are good, renovated, we got access to the pool, it was never noisy. There is everything you need for living (towels were changed every day, both hotel and beach towels), bathrobes, slippers, water, kettle, shampoos, gels, lotions, mini bar for a fee, air conditioning). The breakfasts are almost always the same, without frills, but you can choose something. The pool is clean, and you can order food and drinks at the pool bar. The shuttle to the sea runs regularly until 17:00, we went a couple of times, mostly by bike around Phuket, which we rented on the second day after arrival. Thanks for the service.

The view from the window may be different)) we were unlucky)) If they had declared three stars, I would have given them 5 points. For hotel guides, excursions are almost 30% more expensive. The location is not very good (no sidewalk for pedestrians, lack of normal infrastructure within walking distance). It's a bit far from the sea with children with legs is not an option at all (you can still get to the sea by tuktuk, but it's more difficult to get back, the minibus runs on time). The breakfast at the hotel is of the same type and not very tasty, you can tolerate it for a couple of days, but if you no longer want to. There is nowhere to walk in the evening, the hotel does not have its own territory. There are no shops, restaurants, or spas on site. The only plus is that they try to do daily cleaning and put new water and towel replacement. The overall impression of the stay is not very pleasant, I would not recommend moving in with children. We rested at the hotel in February 2023, the hotel is not poorly located, the only inconvenience is far from the beach, and we were going for a beach holiday. Otherwise, everything is fine: fruit market, pharmacies, massage parlors, restaurants, taxi rank, 7/11. About the hotel itself: the staff is adequate, except for room cleaning, rooms are cleaned very poorly, from the word at all, dust everywhere, they may forget to replenish coffee and tea, forget to insert a garbage bag into a bucket, etc and so on, again, perhaps the cleaner of this building messed up, and the whole hotel received two stars from the guest, when contacting the reception, issues are resolved quickly. The breakfast options are very weak, but there was enough. If there is a choice between hotels, I will put this one in one of the last in the queue. But do not forget about the individuality of each person, someone will be quite satisfied with everything. This is just a subjective opinion.

We bought a 12-night tour to this hotel, a deluxe room with a sea view, specially paid extra for it. And when we arrived and were just horrified, I had never seen anything so different from the photo! The photos do not correspond to reality, the tour operator from Russia is misleading, promising an excellent hotel and conditions. The rooms are old and dead, and it's not 5 minutes to the sea as the tour operator promised, but all 40 and along the road, where cars and mopeds also go downhill! The toilet door is broken and this is a Deluxe room. I do not recommend this hotel for living, it is very far from the sea! The hotel is old, dirty and dead, does not pull up to 4 stars. Maximum of 2 stars!!!

The room is large, everything is there and even more). The room is clean, no mold, cleaning was daily and of high quality, even the pillows were changed for us, the iron was brought on demand. Breakfast : scrambled eggs, omelette, ham, sausages, vegetables, some kind of porridge, 2 types of hot, rolls, jams, watermelon, pineapple, melon- there is always. There is a shuttle, goes to the beach often and picks it up. If you have a bike or a car, then the problem with the beach will be solved, fly in 2 minutes. Wi-Fi is working perfectly throughout the territory.

On the top level there is a great view of the sea, the whole city and the mountains. Sunsets are just space. I ordered food in the room, everything was very tasty, I need to go down to the dining area, they have an expanded menu there, you can pay for everything at once and tell the room number. The rooms were cleaned daily. For using the minibar, they charge another small percentage for maintenance (7-10% I do not remember). I liked the hotel, but it felt like there was no life in it at all or something was missing, it was very spacious :))) I took the sea view room, I really liked it, it is large and bright, there is furniture on the balcony. The view is just fire, I've already lost the power of speech. A shuttle goes to the beach once an hour, they take you to their other hotel, and pick you up there. You can leave earlier if you need to. It takes 10 minutes to stomp from the hotel to the nearest 7-eleven store if you go left. That's where the cafes start. The most delicious cafe in my opinion is Mellow space. Approximately opposite the store. I've been to many, I liked this one the most :) the only disadvantage is that you need to walk along the road to cafes / shops, there are no pedestrian zones. The jungceylon Shopping Mall in Patong is a 350-400bat drive away.

The breakfasts are buffet style, basically everything is delicious and fresh. The only drawback is that the hotel is far from the sea, about 15 minutes on foot along the road, there are no sidewalks in Thailand. But there is free transport from the hotel to the sea.
