In September 2021, my husband and I vacationed at this hotel. We really liked the service. Good room design, clean linen, daily cleaning, friendly staff. And this is not a complete list of everything that we remember. I would especially like to mention the administrator Yvette Wu and the maid Sarah - the friendly and friendly staff of the hotel, my husband and I are very grateful to them. As for the location of the hotel: those who are looking for absolute comfort may not like it here, but there are many interesting and informative things for active and unassuming tourists. In conclusion, I would like to wish the hotel, represented by its management and staff, further prosperity and development.

Nice hotel! It definitely pulls more than 3*!
1) The staff is very friendly, great communication with children
2) All public areas are clean, the pool is clean, does not smell of chlorine
3) We lived in a one bedroom room, the room is large, great with a child, a balcony. The kitchen is without a stove, there is a microwave, cutlery, plates. Refrigerator (we flew on tour, so the refrigerator is charged 15 euros per week, as we understood if the room is through booking, then it and the safe are free).
4) The breakfasts and dinners are excellent, the meat is well cooked.
5) The sea is nearby for a couple of minutes and the sea, it is visible from many hotel rooms, you need to walk a little to the sandy beach, since immediately from the main road you will come to a rocky shore with natural baths)
6) There are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel, some have closed, could not withstand the pandemic, there are also chain iacs and KFS.
7) 5-7 minutes on foot there is a large mall with a supermarket and a large JUMBO store where you can buy everything you need for the beach and a large children's department
8) Coral bay beach, it is called the most beautiful in Paphos, for me the beach is like a beach, you can take the 615 bus in 25 minutes, one-way fare is 1.5 euros
9) next to the hotel there is a tour agency EOS Tours, we took an excursion to mountain monasteries, excellent service , the girl Anna who sold the tour explained everything perfectly, the guide Tatiana told about the history of the places where we were all clear and interesting. The price is clearly lower than that of the tour operator who sells tours at the hotel.
I recommend the hotel, all the main indicators are on top!

I stayed at this hotel in Tulle in 2020. I got into the elevator and the elevator stopped. The heat in this iron box is 40 degrees or even higher, stuffy.The lights were turned off.I knocked, called for help after 10 minutes they opened.I went out and barely reached the room, I'm 56 years old. My heart is bad. My heart ached all night and no one at the reception recognized my sympathy. I went to them in the afternoon and told them why this attitude was, they didn't even apologize. So the owner of the hotel started yelling at me, yelled, said that I would come here again, they would throw me out of the hotel. Our guide stood up for me and they told him that I used obscene language. The horror is complete.I barely made it to the end of my term there. They brought me a plate of fruit after that! Why do I need them after all ? The man was so rude to the owner. I do not recommend a hotel..The food is primitive, the audibility in the room is awesome, the elevator is a box of horrors!

A calm, clean and cozy hotel. Despite the three stars, the hotel and the service are better than the Turkish four stars.
The room is cleaned daily.
Breakfast (lunch and dinner were not taken, so as not to sit in one place) is delicious and varied.
The staff is friendly and Russian-speaking.
There is a beach nearby, but it is better to walk along the shore to Venus (20 minutes on foot) or take a bus for 1.5€.
The maximum bill on the bus is 20€. Cards are not accepted on buses.

A cool, quiet and cozy hotel in the pretentious city of Paphos.
Very close to the sea and the beaches.
The food at home is fresh and delicious! They prepare it as for their family. There was always enough for everyone. Fruits without restrictions. Although the coffee is from the machine, it is delicious.
The staff, everyone is like family!
Yes, all without exception, the NICEST people. We lived in a room with a sea view, although we took a room with a pool view. There was its own kitchen and its various utensils, even a refrigerator.
My wife and I would come here again and again, but WE LOVE VARIETY!

One of the best places on the planet.. Cyprus... One of the best hotels in the world, Paphos, Princess Vera...
White interiors, delicious breakfasts, smiling people around, a lot of positivity, relaxation, the sea nearby, a restaurant on the beach. There are no words!

Great hotel! Big room, comfortable big bed! They put a baby cot for free, comfortable, and my son slept with pleasure. A set of dishes, a kettle, a microwave in the room. The only thing was, the refrigerator was for an additional fee. The room was on the 3rd floor, with access to the roadway. A separate thrill is the glass wall on the balcony. You sit in the evening with a glass of wine and look at the street! Super! 2 swimming pools, a children's pool, lots of sun beds, shade. I liked the food - it was delicious! So I definitely recommend it!!!

A good hotel with a very good location, the rooms are not bad, clean, there are interruptions with hot water (the boiler broke down 3 times during the week of rest and there was no hot water), there is an excellent bar with delicious food and drinks downstairs next to the hotel, there is also a large shopping center nearby.

A wonderful hotel! Silence is what I wanted. The room is cozy and everything is there for comfort (kettle, microwave).
The beach, alas, is bad. I found a way to go to Coral Bay, where I really liked it.
There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. I recommend it!!!! I'm thinking of coming here again!

I really liked the hotel, the hotel staff and the kitchen for 5 +, the rooms are cleaned every day, all the girls at the reception are friendly and help with any question. We were very satisfied. The hotel is 3 stars, but if it were possible, we would add 1 more star. Of course, you have to go to the sea, but this is not a problem for us, personally, the sea is not fundamentally close to me or you can walk. If you want the sea nearby, take hotels on the 1st coastline. I would like to thank you very much!!!

A nice clean hotel, there is a kitchen (but no stove) if not AI, a safe and a refrigerator are paid (15 EUR/week each). Good breakfasts and dinners, 3 swimming pools (2 adults and 1 child). Good staff. There is an elevator. A small playground. Close to the sea. But the beach is not very good, it is stone on one side, and where there is sand, there are a lot of algae thrown ashore and no one cleans them. Nearby there are beaches that are "hotel" clean (the entrance to the water is also not very good), but there are no toilets, changing rooms and showers. We were there once, then we went to the city. The hotel is very close to the King Avenue shopping center, there is a very large grocery supermarket, a bunch of chain stores with clothes, a Jumbo super market with an assortment from toys to household utensils, there are also shops of mobile operators (Cyta-Vodafone, etc.). Nearby there is a car rental and a bus stop. Next to the Sunfresh pastry shop, it's expensive but very tasty.

We were with my son from 10/23/19 to 11/22/19. we really liked it. Everything is clean, washed every day, changed towels. The food is decent, there is something new every day, very tasty desserts.
The stay at the hotel was not overshadowed by anything. Friendly staff. Everyone speaks Russian.

The staff is very friendly. The furniture is new, everything is clean. But the bed linen has never been replaced in 8 nights. Cleaning is very conditional. They change all 4 towels for one, make the bed and wash the floor of the room in front of the entrance.
The biggest disadvantage is the door between the rooms. If there are no neighbors, it makes no difference, but you can hear them whispering to the neighbors.
The food is delicious. And breakfasts and dinners.
If there are excellent beaches behind the hotel, with sand and a good entrance, you just need to walk 500 meters to the right along the beach (if you stand with your back to the hotel), the one on the left side is not very :(. The hotel has 2 pools, sun loungers and excellent WiFi, which catches at the reception and by the pool.
Well, the bed in the room is very comfortable. In general, the hotel corresponds to the photo.

The hotel is new, all snow-white, very nice, rooms are clean, 2 swimming pools. The food is delicious and varied. The staff is polite, they speak Russian, English, and Greek. Nearby is a large shopping center Kings Avenue,necropolis of kings, archaeological museum, lighthouse, castle on the water. I liked everything very much.

I had a rest from April 1 to April 8 this year. The hotel is clean, compact, cozy. The staff is attentive and helpful. The bed linen and towels are boiling white. The bed is comfortable. There is a TV in the room, three Russian programs are running. There is a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, necessary utensils. There are two swimming pools on site. The sea is five minutes from the hotel. You leave the hotel and turn left to the first turn, and there you go straight to the sea. I took the breakfast buffet. Everything is delicious and fresh. Yes, there is a sauna and a Jacuzzi. Once is free. There is a large mall near the hotel. From the hotel to the right and straight to the ring. The prices are reasonable.
