It's just awful. The employees are all sitting as if they are doing a favor by working.
You ask to do something, reluctantly and like turtles do everything.
It takes a day to print one sheet. Print something more global than a week and a month

The order was not executed correctly and not on time, they did not apologize! The format was changed arbitrarily, we lost the file with the order, found it a day later, there is no boss, there is no one to complain. Anna's manager had to be punished for her negligent and irresponsible attitude to work.
