Огромное спасибо компании "Печатный знак" от благотворительного фонда "Центр Помощи Жизни" за быструю и качественную печать 1200 флажков для благотворительной акции в поддержку онкопациентов хосписов. Все флажки были выполнены безвозмездно, а качество печати - на высоте. Большая радость, когда удаётся встретить настолько внимательных, профессиональных, приятных и человечных сотрудников, которые делают свою работу быстро и качественно, оставляя самое лучшее впечатление. Когда я забирала флажки, обратила внимание на представленный широкий ассортимент услуг, а ещё была очень приятна атмосфера в офисе и доброжелательность сотрудников. Могу смело рекомендовать каждому эту компанию - если люди так осознанно и серьёзно относятся к благотворительсти, значит и любую другую работу они выполняют добросовестно. Спасибо вам всегда!

The staff is terrible... They won't tell you anything or even say hello. It took them more than half an hour to print ordinary 10x15 photos. The equipment failed several times. The employees obviously undergo short training, as a result of which they do not know what to do and how to do it. They won't help you format photos for their best quality or smooth edges. The complete lack of any qualifications in the field of photography for employees! Inability to use printing software. In general, the print center is full of beautiful paraphernalia, but they clearly have problems with the main thing...

I do not recommend this printing center, the customer service manager responds to messages God forbid once a day, I constantly had to clarify something or call. There is no organization in the execution of orders, the client is not warned that the color rendering may differ during printing, no one has named the final cost during the work. I was very dissatisfied with this printing center.

We ordered plastic business cards + design development. All the design and design work was online. The order was ready ahead of schedule. The finished business cards exceeded all our expectations. Such works as the production of souvenirs were carried out on time and promptly: badges, packages, sticker packs, stickers; branding of training shirts in the amount of 60 pieces; color and black-and-white printing. «Печатный знак» мне посоветовал знакомый, как лучший салон в городе, с адекватными ценами, талантливым дизайнером, приятным персоналом. В чем я убедилась на собственном опыте! Мне нужно было, во-первых , сделать визитки и дизайн к ним. Я хотела , чтобы бумага была «бархатная», все надписи «лаковые». Дизайнеру обяснила на пальцах, что мне надо. Девушка поняла меня очень хорошо и уже к вечеру у меня были 6 вариантов визиток. И все были хороши! Огромное спасибо дизайнеру 🙏. Через неделю получила готовые визитки и все было идеально!!! Так , как я хотела!! Второй заказ был - печать на одежде. Ткань очень тонкая, тяжелая в работе. И за это дело взялся сам хозяин салона. К работе отнесся максимально ответственно! И результат был соответствующим. Я осталась довольна!!! Должна еще отметить девушку на ресепшене. Максимально культарная и приятная в общении. Помогает клиентам, постоянно на связи. Следующий раз буду обрашаться только в этот салон. Рекомендую!!

Before printing, we agreed on the layout (some cops that I did not take into account when placing the logo on the T-shirt were corrected by the designers) - special thanks. Недоволен работой данного центра. По телефону сказали печатаем настолько быстро, насколько можно, присылайте на электронную почту. В их адрес сразу жебыло направлено письмо с подробными ЦУ (печать цветная двусторонняя, дырокол подшивка в папку), как только я приехал минут через 40 ничего не было сделано. В ответ на вопрос почему, был ответ - "У меня нет времени смотреть почту, народу много". После этого мне надо было отъехать и я сказал, что вернусь через 10 минут и снова ничего готово не было, хотя все было сказано. Стоимость считали очень долго. В общем, если хотите воспользоваться услугами данного центра имейте в запасе лишний час времени, при условии высылки работы заранее.

Хочу оставить отзыв. Это тот случай, когда тебе хочется его написать, хочется выказать благодарность за тёплое человеческое отношение и профессиональный подход. Мне нужно было заказать ярлыки вшивные и навесные. Артур помогал мне с этой задачей. Все разъяснил, рассказал специфику, помог придумать варианты подходящие нам и нашему бюджету и чтобы это красиво смотрелось. Так же мне предложили чай/ кофе, и дали образцы!!! Благодарю!!! Рекомендую к сотрудничеству ! Особенно, если у вас нестандартные задачи и нужны новые идеи и решения !!! Люблю, когда профессионально и  сервис на высоком уровне !

По работе печатала один и тот же вид макета в разное время, раз 7 наверно, из которых только 2 раза сотрудникам удавалась сделать его без косяков. То криво порежут, то криво сфальцуют, то лицо/оборот неправильно совместят и все это на 30 минут.. тьфу.., для меня это было всегда загадка.. ну как? .. как? можно лажать каждый раз и это я говорю, тк работала с цифровой полиграфии и понимаю процесс производства. В итоге ребятам надоело, видимо, сталкиваться с такой сложной задачей и они решили отвадить клиента (меня) увеличив цену в три раза! и сообщили об этом после изготовления заказа. Браво, отличная лояльность к клиенту. И кстати, через два дома открылась цифра "Акула", поэтому в Печатный знак больше ни ногой.
