Disgusting work from Printex Media LLC.
We ordered a photo wall from Printex Media LLC. We agreed on a photo zone project developed by the designer of the same company. They recommended buying the missing components for the photo zone (correspondence with recommendations for purchase is saved). Our organization paid for all the work according to the contract (the work of the designer, installation, frame, photofill, delivery of materials). In the first half of the day, the frame was mounted and stretched photofold. When the question arose about who would mount the hinged chair, as agreed in the original project, we were told that there was nothing complicated about it… The designer will come and install this chair himself. And they urgently need to sign acceptance certificates. Of course, we trusted a company with so much experience. Signed… And they regretted it very much. When the designer arrived, it turned out that it was impossible to install the hinged chair as originally planned. The designer simply did not take into account the size of the canvas and the chair that he offered us to buy. The designer admitted the mistake. Of course, resources and coordination with management were needed to correct her “jamb”.
By evening, the surprises continued… It turned out that during the installation of the photo zone, the only lamp in the stairwell was blocked. It turned out to be dark, and the entire frame is completely translucent.
Of course, we contacted Nikolay Igorevich Atrakhovich, Director of Printex Media LLC, and asked him to come to us and solve this problem together. We sincerely believed that, for our part, we fulfilled all the terms of the contract: we made the payment on time, bought the missing element for the photo zone according to their recommendations and, accordingly, expected the same attitude. But apart from insults against ourselves and unwillingness to engage in dialogue on the part of Director Nikolai Atrakhovich, we did not hear anything else. There was only one argument: they have an acceptance certificate signed by us. Yes, this is our mistake. We trusted the experience of this company and did not expect such an attitude at all. A lesson for the future.
Prior to this incident, there were plans to order printed products from Printex Media LLC… But after such an attitude, we will not advise anyone to cooperate with this organization.
Printex Media LLC is interested in receiving payment, but Reputation is not - there are many customers.
Fortunately, there is a choice of organizations providing services.

Communication, clarification of the fact, without trying to impose unnecessary things on you.
Separately, I would like to note their attitude towards the client. A more positive and friendly person is rarely found.

Firstly, they always communicate very politely with the client, secondly, a very tempting price tag (I always call many different offices before making a choice of the contractor and here the price of services, in my experience, is the most affordable), thirdly, they do their job very efficiently, and most importantly quickly.
