I ordered a Spotify music frame with a QR code of the song from this company. This order was supposed to be a gift, and now I don't know if it's worth giving it... Since after receiving the music frame, I decided to check it - but it was not possible to play the music track, because after scanning the QR code and clicking on the link to the browser, a paid subscription to yandex.music is displayed (initially a 30-day trial, and then a paid one), but even a trial subscription cannot be activated, without bank card bindings. This QR code does not apply to the Spotify app or other free music apps. The photo of the music frame, in reality looks much smaller than on the layout, but that's okay. It is upsetting that people who have ordered the same music frame need to subscribe to the yandex.music paid tariff in order to listen to a music track, since otherwise there is no way to listen to it. After this, I wrote to Viber to the employees of this company to resolve the problem - but in response, I was only ignored. As a result, I spent my money and time - it would be better to contact another company where professionals really work and will do everything the way the customer wants to see it in the end.
