We called a specialist to our office when our HP office worker stopped working properly, the printer is no longer young, but it is dear to us for its impeccable work, we are used to it... We were looking for it to be inexpensive - at the first contact, we agreed to refill the cartridge for 30 rubles and see what needs to be repaired on the spot. The master came to our office as agreed around lunch, so as not to disturb colleagues and there were no active tasks. As a result, the drum had to be replaced. It should be noted that the master prudently took the drum and several other components with him, which usually fail over time, but they turned out to be in good condition and did not require replacement. I repaired the printer, refilled the cartridge, and we asked for a spare one. I also note that in the end, instead of the 30+30 announced, we paid 50 for two cartridges - our accountant was satisfied with this pricing. I recommend it, a reliable specialist, also cleaned up after work!
