I was interested in large format printing. I went to the place and called to clarify how to find them. Instead of saying how, immediately with the question "why are you looking for us?" I wanted to come up personally and show you what I need. When I said, "I want to come show you," they replied, "you won't find it here," without even looking. Customer focus is 0. I do not recommend wasting time.
