There are no questions about the laptop that was repaired (keyboard replacement) so far. But there was a problem with the charger, and I decided to purchase it through this wizard. After a week of use, there was a pop when working on a laptop, I was wearing headphones and didn't immediately understand what had happened. Fortunately, it was a charger, and not anything in the laptop, which immediately turned off after that and showed no signs of life. Now the most interesting thing: upon repeated contact, the master took the charger to issue a refund on the website where he ordered it. 1. The shipping dates were negotiated, which were delayed by two days, but that's okay. 2. A week after the examination, silence. I decided to come myself and heard that the site had made a refund, but, quote: "As I will refund you now, come back tomorrow." I think, okay, maybe there really isn't an option to give the money now. We agreed that the master will send the money the next day. And, of course, the next day - silence.… I waited another day and decided to call. No greeting, no words of apology, just a rough reply.: "I'll come to the office now and send it." It feels like I owe money, and because of my charging, there was a risk of damage to this master's laptop. In general, I would not have written this review if it were not for the refund situation. Regarding the keyboard, if I don't edit the review within a month, then everything is fine, although I don't think there will be any problems, everything has been done well.
