Wild queues, the simplest operations take a lot of time. A separate question is for whom the opening hours of the bank's branches are calculated, what should people who work from 9 to 6 do? Upd: another case, 7.30 pm, there is no money in both ATMs, the cash desks are closed. In the neighboring branch in Green, the ATM is not working, and it seems that it is constantly and not temporarily, because this is not the first time, there is simply no cash register there.

Is it normal that the bank is so not customer-oriented? It is impossible to withdraw 10p notes from the ATMs themselves. Is 10 rubles no longer money in Belarus? Why should I withdraw 20 rubles if I only need 10, and I want to keep the rest on the card? There are very few ATMs in Minsk, and there are no partner banks where you can withdraw money without %.As a result, it is one of the worst banks in Belarus. Can you tell me, please, what is the advantage of your service? I haven't found one for myself.
