Today there was an extremely unpleasant situation with the PriorBank ATM in the Korona shopping center (Bobruisk, Korona shopping center, 50 years of VLKS). I came to deposit the money. There was a large sum there and it was all my money!!!!! And plans for the day. The ATM showed the amount to be credited, I confirmed the operation, it took the bills, after which it gave the message "Insert bills" and froze. Then the screen went blank, and both my money and the card were left inside. It took about 40 minutes to make an application through the operator: for a refund, a reissue of the card and a complaint. It took a lot of time and nerves. And of course, no one has returned my money to me and will not return it in the near future , it will take up to 15 days to review the application!!!!! And what should I do with these 15 days if this is my only money? This ATM is always not working in this place, then there are some problems as far as I remember. There was another one standing there, and it always didn't work either. I believe that the bank is fully responsible for the technical condition of its self-service devices. Such cases are unacceptable!!!!If an ATM systematically fails, it must either be removed or replaced with a new one, or high—quality maintenance should be established so that customers do not lose their money, nerves and do not spend hours restoring access to them. My day's plans have been ruined and now I need to look for money for the next, say, 15 days. Please consider this request, check the ATM and speed up the refund.
