Yesterday, 11/21/25, I received a card from this bank.I would like to mention the very good work of the bank's employees.They are polite, knowledgeable of their duties and well-used by bank employees in working with clients (especially those who forgot their glasses and needed help with obtaining a credit card).In the very premises of the bank: cleanliness, order, working environment and not a bit of pandemonium.I don't know how it is during the whole working day, but in the morning there are only pleasant memories of the employees and the bank itself. Thank you, good luck and... polite customers!

The service is great, one thing is bad on November 24 at 19:10, for some reason, the bank blocked online banking and cards due to suspicious activity (I was traveling home by bus in Gomel), called (they asked me to call in an SMS about blocking), passed checks from home, unblocked the cards, but not online banking, wrote a report to the department that removes the locks, they said the time for unlocking is not set by the regulations, wait a day or two to unlock. On November 27, I went to the bank with my passport (the application and the Internet banking site asked for it), well, you never know, it would suddenly be more reliable to use the same virtual card and the EPIP, but I found out that they were working on removing the lock, but it couldn't be unlocked for technical reasons! And so, yes, the staff are always polite and friendly, but already on Friday evening, the application was like a brick and remained online banking through the site is also blocked. inconvenient

The service is terrible. We ordered a salary card. Moreover, there is no delivery outside the city by mail. The bank also works until 18:00, and past that at 17:45 they already refuse to serve customers, if a person has a work schedule until 17:00 and he did not arrive before 17:45, then they will refuse to serve you. And the question is, how do I get the card? That is, I have to take time off from work and lose my money to get into the bank! Wonderful! Extend the bank's opening hours by at least an hour.

Even on the morning after the holiday, there is a queue of almost an hour, they lag at least 7 years behind other banks in terms of development and deposits. Probably the most inconvenient bank I've ever encountered. I have to use it only because I get paid through it. 1) He finishes work very early, in order to come live, he has to leave his job.; 2) It doesn't work at all on weekends; 3) Cashiers refuse to accept the currency issued by their own ATM (they have to change it at the cash desks of other banks, for some reason they have no problems with this); 4) Only one branch for the whole city. Do you live in 104 or any other part of the city? Ha, your bad; 5) On Saturday, information kiosks are clogged with money, which makes it physically impossible to put cash on the card until Monday.; 6) There is not a single ATM with cash in; 7) For several years I complained that the ATM at the Old Airfield was not working, and in response they assured me that it was working (it had been "dead" for several years); 8) People were fired from the support line, it is now impossible to get through in prime time.

They refused. During her lifetime, my mother constantly complained about the bank. There are commissions everywhere and everything is paid. I categorically do not recommend it to pensioners, as well as to no one at all. Even more strange transfers, the usual transfer from abroad is 100 USD, you will receive 20 USD. How? Draw your own conclusions. They would have won the "worst bank" award in first place! In general, banks are a terrible business now. You can go without pants.
