But I'll tell you the story of why 4 stars. I have issued an online loan. But after this registration, before taking the money, you need to come to the branch with your feet and not just take the money, but sign some more papers and an application that I want to use my credit money (then why did I remotely issue an online loan?). I arrived, signed everything. They said you need to wait until the money is displayed on the account and then you can withdraw it (it will take up to half an hour). OK, I did my business, I came back in an hour. They had some kind of glitch there and were asked to wait another hour (I waited an hour before closing). As a result, they said that they did not know what to do, their IT specialists were already on the weekend and I could pick up my money another day. I had to go there 2 times. And the loan was considered to be issued, but I couldn't use it.
And yes, the wish is no longer for a specific department, but for the one who made the bot answering the calls - quit. An impenetrable machine that can answer an unanswered question for 2 minutes without being able to stop it. Or maybe ask if you have any other questions? You answer - there is. And he says good-bye and hangs up. Sometimes it's a whole quest to get to the operator.
