I would like to share my extremely negative experience of interacting with the services of Priorbank and its ATMs. The quality of service of this financial institution leaves much to be desired, and as a customer, I strongly recommend avoiding its services!!!! Firstly, ATMs on Beda Street are chronically not working. Over the past month, none of the ATMs in this branch has been in working order. This causes serious inconvenience and makes us doubt the competence of the bank in the maintenance of its devices. Secondly, the ATM on Surganova Street demonstrates complete inadequacy in its work, refusing to accept Belarusian banknotes. This fact causes confusion and indignation, since we are talking about the national currency, and such situations are absolutely unacceptable for a bank claiming high standards of service. Disgusting service, non-functioning ATMs and the inability to accept the national currency are just the tip of the iceberg of problems that Priorbank's customers have to face. I strongly recommend all potential customers to consider alternative banks for servicing in order to avoid such a negative experience.
