They stood for 50 minutes in the evening, were politely expelled, but the issue was not resolved. Saturday and Sunday are days off. It is not possible to book a visit time, since there is a traveling nature of the work. It turns out: you need to take a day off without pay or take time off from work to get to a specialist. It follows from this that the bank is not interested in working, which means paying customers!

I have been a client of this bank for about 12 years. And the attitude towards customers has certainly become worse. I agree with the previous review. Firstly, there is one branch for two cities. Secondly, there are almost no ATMs left in Polotsk. There is no Prior in the city center. To withdraw more than 1000 rubles from other banks is a commission.
