Huge queues. The service is extremely slow. The work schedule is not customer-oriented at all: it does not work on weekends; it opens too late on weekdays and closes too early.

If it were possible, I would never contact this bank! I do not advise others either! It was necessary to issue a salary card from this bank. It was not possible to do this for 4 days. On 04/11/2024, I stood in line from 5.30 pm, at 19 I came out and said "there is nothing to stand, the working time is until 19.00" on 04/12/2024 similarly On 15.04, from 17.00 to 19.00, it was also impossible to get in line. 04/16/2024 from 13.30-15.00 it was not possible to get in, the queue, standing in the evening from 17.20 to 19.10 also failed to get in, an employee came out at 19.10 and said that the bank's working hours were until 19.00 and there was no need to queue, when people asked why they did not leave the queue and were not informed during working hours to people did not stand, they would not have time to serve, the employee did not provide a clear answer, but only said that she should not do this, and her working time was until 19.00 and she could not help in any way. I have never met a non-customer-oriented bank/organization. People have to stand in line for hours, not understanding whether they will get to the service or not. Moreover, according to information from people in the queue, people have also been contacting the department for several days in a row, standing in line, and as a result they cannot get in. please adjust the work of the departments and prevent such cases when people are standing in queues for an hour or two or more in vain!
