In this department, they refused to change money (large bills), they said that they could only change it to pay for services through the terminal, but they simply had no right to change it. According to the instructions for the operation of the cash register, they are obliged to change money. This item is spelled out in the instructions: "Exchange of banknotes for other banknotes." I will never apply for services to this bank again.
