This does not apply to a specific branch, but to the work of the bank. A friend from Cyprus, when trying to withdraw money from a card at an ATM of a bank branch located near the m Exhibition Center, did not return the ATM card!!! The staff of the branch and the ATM support staff reported that they could not give the card away and it was not known when it would be received!!! As a result, she blocked the card (although the card is her property and they had no right to hold it for such a time!!!) and she was left without money, although she tried to explain the situation. In general, we are outraged by this attitude towards bank visitors and foreign citizens.
