Came here for a special MRI diagnosis. Had contact via WhatsApp beforehand. Got an appointment for the next day. Very fast and convenient. Shared all the information asked (including that I am not from Kasachstan but from Germany and therefore don’t have a Kasachstan registration ID) I got told the price of 25000T. In the clinic they charged me 37000T. I asked why is that and the woman at the reception said that it’s because of two reasons. 1. No IIN (Kasach ID) 2. 50% more because I am German I told her that I am surprised because I didn’t get that information beforehand. Her answer (very uninterested an cold): That’s normal for our clinic. I asked her what exactly she means. It’s normal for not giving that information beforehand to the customer? No reaction from the woman, no excuse, NOTHING. She gives a f***. Mistakes can happen, but not saying sorry is just really bottomless. One word „sorry“ would have changed everything and I would give a 5 star rating, but it was to difficult to say for that woman. The MRI procedure itself was all good, in time, well organized, very friendly. So in summary I got what I wanted very fast and should be happy. But in fact I feel robbed! (I don’t care about that 12000T that much, it’s about customer service and the emotional and social experience) Oh, and it’s not because of language barrier. I speak fluent Russian and all communication was done in Russian.

The clinic looks good at first sight, but too expensive. You definitely need to make an appointment in advance, so there are no queues. Attitude to patients is adequate to the price.
