They were promptly accepted, despite the fact that there were quite a lot of people.
There are Russian-speaking staff (hello to Anastasia's nurse), the doctor also spoke a little Russian.
I came from the hotel on insurance due to sore throat, I was promptly examined and blood was taken for analysis. The staff is very friendly, everything was prompt and friendly.
special thanks to the nurse from the Swandor Kifayat Maharramova Hotel, a very nice, polite and caring person

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the hospital for the high professionalism of the staff,
the sensitive attitude towards patients. Especially to Dr. Mehmet Tulane Canseven, who performed a jewelery operation on me. He has "Golden hands". And also many thanks to Lana's translation assistant for her kindness, responsiveness and caring attitude to her work.

A separate kind of HORROR that I experienced when contacting this "clinic"...
If I had the opportunity to put "-10" I would put this mark
My wife was taken to this "medical" facility by ambulance in a state of shock, on oxygen with a diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. After an examination in the emergency department, it was decided that hospitalization and medical treatment were necessary. In the emergency room, she was injected intravenously (into the catheter I installed and my system for intravenous administration) with 2 drugs, transferred to a separate room, oxygen supply was adjusted through nasal cannulas and .... that's it. To repeated questions:when we start treatment, I only heard "there is no confirmation of your insurance," "the translator is busy with another patient," "the doctor is at lunch," "we need to wait a little." After THREE hours of waiting (and my wife is almost unconscious), an interpreter comes and says that to start treatment, you need to pay for treatment per day of stay - $ 2000, and then we will immediately start treatment (so as not to wait for insurance confirmation). I had only $400 with me, which I deposited in the cash register, the rest of the money was deposited by my friends, within 20 minutes. As soon as the clinic received the payment receipts, the translator comes up and says, "due to the severity of the patient's condition, it was decided to transfer her to the Antalya hospital. The treatment will be performed there. We will return your money to you sometime later. Expect an ambulance team in 5 minutes." I couldn't see the translator anymore before the ambulance left, "she's busy."
During the transportation to Antalya, my wife was already unconscious, and the ambulance paramedic, who only adjusted the oxygen supply through nasal cannulas and put on a pulse oximeter, was more interested only in his TikTok than the patient's health condition. In response to repeated requests to arrange at least ANY infusion, he insisted: everything is under control - and again into the phone.
As a result, upon delivery to the Antalya hospital, the spouse was immediately taken to the intensive care unit, bypassing the reception department, and looked with huge eyes at the stages of care in the Kemer branch.
The next day, when I went to the hospital, I found out that the cost of this "observation" and assistance costs me "only $ 1,050". (yes, the insurance company will return them to me - it's just that at the moment I'm completely out of money). And the rest of the money was transferred by the hospital to the account of the Antalya hospital (in which they are not needed - the insurance covers all expenses of staying in that hospital). In general, "whatever happens later" never happened
PS Yes, I am a doctor myself, as is my wife. So, if I provided medical care in my country in this way, they would just put me in prison....
