The cinema is also closed. So far, a lot has been closed and it is not clear what will come of it. We plan to visit again and still get to the amusement park for which we came there.
From the second time, I really liked it.
Prisma Park I advise everyone to have a very large location, slides, a climbing wall, trampolines, a cafe. It is said for every color and taste. The park has 5 points and there is a room for a mother and child inside. I advise you to go to 12 there is no queue at all. After 13, it's already crowded.

We took a look at the PRIZMA shopping center today, and overall everyone liked it, my wife, my child, and me. Parking is good and still free. Galamart offers a variety of inexpensive products for everyday use, while Megatop is a place to buy shoes at an affordable price. Special attention should be paid to Detmir, an excellent store for parents who are looking for everything they need for their children. The range is impressive, there is everything from toys to clothes. We were also pleased with the jewelry stores that offer beautiful jewelry both for every day and for special occasions. But I would like to note that despite the variety of shops, there are many empty squares in the mall. This creates the feeling that the shopping center has not yet come to life, and there is not enough atmosphere. Perhaps, over time, new tenants will enter these empty premises, and the situation will change, but so far the anticipation has not been fulfilled. The cinema has become a pleasant find; I think local film fans will be glad that they now have the opportunity to watch movies right in their neighborhood. It looks modern, and hopefully offers an interesting program. The food court is also worthy of special mention. This is a great option to have a snack after shopping or before going to the cinema. Overall, the mall has great potential and offers many shopping and leisure opportunities, but so far its atmosphere is far from ideal. Hopefully, over time, it will fill up with new shops and become a more lively and attractive place to visit.

For such a cost of entering the game room + an absolutely unnecessary, mandatory purchase, club card for 5 rubles, you can be more responsive to the request of visitors. The child forgot a handbag with a phone inside at the place where the children take off their shoes. We noticed the loss when we had already gone far away. That's where the club card came in handy, the phone is written on it. I called there, explained EXACTLY where the bag was, what it looked like and what was in it. She asked me to pick her up at the reception so that no one would take her away accidentally or intentionally. The receptionist said that she would give the request immediately and they would find her. An hour later, I called this number again and asked if the bag was found on the spot. But I was told that the message was passed and there are a lot of people there, most likely they haven't even searched for the bag yet. And this is your thing that you didn't keep track of. Tell me, please, is this a normal attitude towards visitors to the game room?! Is it a problem to go five meters into the game room and pick up a forgotten item exactly in the place where the visitor described it to you?? I would understand if I said that the bag is somewhere out there, I don't know where, look for it. But I've described exactly where she is. It took 30 seconds to find her from the person who went after her!!! And all the staff to whom he addressed the question - "did they find the bag?"- this is the first time I've heard about a bag that needed to be found. Not only does the entrance to the game room cost a lot, but even when faced with such outright indifference to your question, I would like to say that this approach to business has no place in our country!!! An unpleasant impression of the whole situation. Don't set foot there anymore.

further, I do not understand why there is no floor with parking facing the food court. that is, you arrive at the top floor, enter the shopping center, and again take the escalator to go up to the floor above.
if you are on the lowest level, it is also unclear why you need to walk through the entire shopping center to reach the elevators that will take you up, why not make them right at the entrance?

A strange shopping mall with huge potential, but a disgusting realization. It is unclear where this assessment came from. The parking is quite cramped and if there is still enough space with a small occupancy, then it will be difficult and inconvenient to park / leave, and the separate "levels" of the parking lot do not coincide with the shopping center itself and, accordingly, greatly confuses movement. There is no information center in the shopping center, the signs are either located strangely and inconveniently, or they do not exist at all. There are almost no guards and they can't be found anywhere, so it's easy to get lost and find nothing, and it's difficult to find something you need. It is unclear who is talking about a large number of stores, there are indeed a couple of useful ones like mila, pet supplies, galamart and grocery. But by pure chance, this very grocery Hippo turned out to be quite small, not taking into account that there is a huge Hippo in 5 minutes, and the quality of internal cooking suffers greatly. The mall itself is 30% full, and if you walk around the floors, you get the feeling that it either opened a week ago or no one needs it. The food court is frankly small and cramped, the situation is similar to parking, as long as there is no high traffic and interest in the shopping center - there will be places to sit down, as soon as there is a little more, there is no place to find. The cinema and amusement park for children are not bad, there are no complaints. Separately, I would like to highlight that there are only two very small toilets on four floors, which creates huge queues. The toilet for the disabled is constantly used by just about anyone, instead of the "target audience", there is only one mother and child room, and that one has been "under repair" for three months now. In general, we are waiting for either very powerful development and bug fixes, or the shopping center will be empty and not very necessary.

In general, it immediately catches the eye that the building is located on a hill and can be seen from both sides relative to the main avenue road. The big screen already seems to attract you to look in or at least pay attention to this shopping center.
In terms of the number of stores with various goods, there is a huge plus, because as practice shows, most shopping centers open with two or three stores, usually one grocery store , a pharmacy and another point and that's it. Thus, the consumer, having entered for the first time, feels a sense of inferiority of the structure itself and is no longer so drawn to return again.
Transport is within walking distance, like buses, tram, metro, you can get from any part of the city almost :)
Regarding advertising, of course, I agree with others here, casinos could be used less in advertising or at a time when it is no longer relevant for teenage children, after 22:00.
The shopping center itself is spacious, good sanitary facilities, the lighting is peculiar, but it can be improved. The lights are not quite clearly set in some places.
I think this area needed such a shopping center in this format due to the fact that the nearby department store Belarus has not exported for a long time, both in terms of assortment and quality of goods.
