There are tables "just to sit", there are tables for celebrating birthdays, or whole separate rooms. On the territory of the center there is a cafe, a wardrobe, shoe racks, a toilet, and actually a game area. Yes, for those who have a multi-storey parking lot at their disposal (for now it is free).
- Parents need to pay 5 rubles (once) to enter the park. The cafe has a fairly limited menu, you can not bring your own food (the exception is a birthday cake). The entrance ticket is not cheap, and it is bought for the whole day. It would be possible to make a price depending on the time spent in the center. At the moment, there is a very large number of visitors on weekends.

The mall itself is very nice, comfortable and bright with a good assortment of shops, Hippo is small, but with a wide assortment, the food court is quite large: kfc is good, lavazza is expensive, Saigon could be better- portions are smaller than stated, tasteless, cold, but the staff is polite.

The owners call this park a family park. But there's nothing there for adults.
They wrote about a lot of free rides. And there is only a small simulator for young climbers, an unsafe path of poles and a simple slide for tubing. Everything else is a big maze for kids.
There is a constant queue for the available couple of attractions.
The price implies staying there all day, but my daughter wanted to go home after an hour and a half.
I had a hard time persuading her to run with the other kids. In fact, the locked children entertained themselves by running through a large maze. Similarly, they play for free on the street, at school or in kindergarten.
I definitely won't drag my daughter here, because in this "family" park I just had to sit on uncomfortable furniture while my daughter disappeared into the depths of the maze. It is better to go to other entertainment centers SEVERAL times than once to Prism Park.

They are mostly young people who are either looking at their phones or chatting with each other. I really hope that my feedback will reach the addressee, despite the fact that parents are responsible for their children, but the staff is also obliged to perform their functions.
Additionally, there is no understanding of the maximum number of children in the park for a comfortable and safe stay, I think this is also very important.
Otherwise, the park is wonderful and certainly makes an impression.

We were in the park on October 27th!!! We were there almost all day, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a break of about an hour for lunch. After the younger son came home, the husband took him to the shower and immediately found a red spot on the child's ass, as if bitten by a mosquito. And there is redness on the elbows. They did not immediately attach much importance to this, they thought that most likely, while riding on the slide, they rubbed their elbows. The eldest son of 12 years did not have anything like that. The next day, the child had more spots on his body on his back and arms, such as he had on his ass. They itched very much, decided to go to the pediatrician, the pediatrician could not make an accurate diagnosis, prescribed a couple of ointments and antihistamines, but said to watch and if it doesn't go away in a couple of days, go to a dermatologist. The older one didn't have anything. After a couple of days, nothing disappeared from the child, but only new and new spots appeared. The dermatologist's diagnosis is bites, more like the bites of furniture bugs. They told me to disinfect the furniture where the children sleep. The youngest child is isolated from the room, sleeps for several days in another room with his dad. The older one wakes up a day after isolating the younger one with the same itchy bites. We isolate him and put him in the room with his dad and brother. Everything is fine for a few days, there are no new bites. We leave for two days on November 7 and 8 to the village, we arrive on November 8 in the evening, also everyone sleeps in another room, on the 9th we do dry cleaning of sofas with bleach and steam treatment. I wash all the bed linen on which the children slept, steam it, pillows and blankets too, They sleep on another sofa, everything is OK, nothing appears. Wait on the sofas to sleep on the night from 10 to 11, both fall down with fresh spots, bites all side by side with a path! Tomorrow we will be waiting to process the apartment, a team will arrive.
The sofas were bought 2 years ago, the nursery was renovated, the rest of the apartment was renovated a year ago, the apartment is constantly cleaned, because there is a newborn third child! For the third week we can't get rid of bedbugs after going to this park! The pediatrician said that in such a crowd of people, and she personally saw how many people there were on the weekend, you can pick up so much infection that mom does not grieve! She said that she didn't take her child there then. Therefore, think once again to take your children there! We went to this park to promote the park on Instagram, arriving in Minsk for the weekend. The child really wanted to visit him, the result was a head injury. Ambulance and hospital staff visited the park on November 09.
When purchasing a ticket, the staff works only at maximum capacity, without thinking about the safety of your children.
Parents were informed that a child of 8 years old can stay in the play area unaccompanied by adults, parents can leave and not be near him. Our parents, having made sure that all the rules and regulations are observed at the airport, quietly purchased a single ticket.
Safety instructions are not carried out with children or parents, from the word at ALL.
After an hour and a half of the child's stay in the play area, in the interval, the parent and grandmother monitored the situation, walked in and watched, the child suffered a head injury.
There are a lot of children in the game room.
Initially, the park staff did not even want to call an ambulance, after the demands they did it anyway.
Accusations of the reception staff, including the administrator - You were not near the child! And this is your degree of responsibility, we have nothing to do with this situation. No words of apology and so on have been received from them. The ambulance provided first aid in front of the visitors of the shopping center, there is not even an elementary household room - and this undermines the image of the institution and violates the personal boundaries of the child. The child was examined at the RNPC, thank God there are no serious injuries. Contacting the park administration later, the answer is the same - Your child violated the rules of being in the play area, jumped and ran outside the set time. We did not have the right to provide the video, and this is a violation of the legitimate rights of my interests related to the threat to the health and life of my child. There is only one question - where is the staff of the institution, who monitors compliance with the rules and regulations of being in the hall. The answer is that there are staff, but not at all attractions, there are instructions in the park that parents and children should read and follow!!!! We have left an appeal in the book of comments and suggestions. To which the head of the park answered by phone, we will answer you according to the law on the appeal and goodbye ........ For the management of the park, I want to draw special attention to the fact that after receiving an unsubscription from you, we (the parents) will not stop there, we will contact the competent authorities. It's good for the owners, but unpleasant for the visitors. And the question is not about the cost, but about the atmosphere and attitude.
