We ordered the cleaning of the sofa. Half an hour before the appointed time, a message came to Viber that the master was ill. They suggested rescheduling the cleaning to another day. We agreed. Well, I got sick, it's okay, it happens. For the second time, the masters waited on a weekday, canceled their personal affairs, but they did not wait for anyone. After a while, we decided to call the company to find out what happened this time. It turned out that the car did not start, but apparently it was not part of the plan to warn us about this. Unfortunately, we cannot evaluate the work of the master, only the attitude towards the client. Naturally, there is no desire to contact this company anymore.
