The salon has a pleasant, calm atmosphere and attentive attitude to customers. Yes, the price is above average, but it is fully justified: they use high-quality, professional cosmetics, and the result is really noticeable. I was satisfied with the quality and I will be happy to come again.

The salon is quite cozy and clean, and that's where all the positive things end. I was a client of Mielle's salon for several years, I came for coloring when I visited Maria and Ales in Minsk, I really liked the service all the time, but not this year. Unfortunately, the salon has changed not only its name, but also its approach to customers. Now they work not focusing on preserving their reputation and getting the client back, but only to get quick money. Absolutely astronomical prices for services, some cheap performances related to the alleged complexity of the services are played out in front of customers, the administrator Sofia is rude and makes absolutely unacceptable statements: "You came to us with such horror" just about the unsuccessful tinting. Disgusting, one word. They could have gotten a good review and a regular customer, but they preferred to grab the money and cheat the customer. She left with a feeling of filth in her soul and absolutely disappointed. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

I did manicures and pedicures in this salon, I was satisfied with the level of comfort and the quality of the services provided)) Manicure master Polina, we did extremely long nails for a photo shoot, the design, the highlights are all ♥️, pedicure was done by master Daria, very neat and attentive, although I know I have a little problem with my feet, but the master coped, also a sooo soft and pleasant pedicure chair. I also want to note that as a person who is greedy for a high-quality level of service, I was greeted with a smile, there was a pleasant atmosphere in the salon, and coffee was served to me with delicious sweets)) I'll definitely come back here))
