I had a hygienic pedicure. I am satisfied with the provision of the service, but there was a nuance with the payment. The entry was priced at 75 rubles. However, as the master said AFTER the pedicure, it was on this day that the price increased to 90 rubles. When I said that the entry form indicated a different price, I was told that the price increase was announced on instagram. As a client, I am not obligated to follow instagram. In my understanding, the price increase should be notified to the client BEFORE the service is provided, because knowing the new price, I would most likely refuse to get a pedicure in this place, and after the pedicure I had already done, I had no choice to pay or not. The nuance is unpleasant, not so critical, given that I am satisfied with the quality of the service, but there is a residue, next time I am unlikely to come here again.
