I always ordered pizza only here, I turned a blind eye to many things. The pizza arrived upside down several times, and there were endless delays in delivery. Today I arrived with such a "Cheese board" and crooked slicing. They also always ordered sauces in cans for pizza, and added it to the pizza itself. In the application, it's spelled out as "Sauce in a jar" or something like that. They always came in a jar, and today they decided to put these 3 sauces on the pizza, rather than in the saucers, saying, "I don't know how they used to bring you. Yes, it is indicated on the website that the sauce is in a jar, but it is added inside." I did not see any logic in this. Why write that it's in a jar and put it inside? They've completely gone bad. I won't order any more eternal nuances here.

When accepting the order, the operator clearly outlined the time limit - a maximum of 1.5 hours of delivery, adding that they would try to do it faster. After 2 hours, we called ourselves, and were told that the courier was "on his way." When asked directly if the pizza would be warm, we received a clear affirmative answer: "Yes." In reality, the delivery took 3 hours and 40 minutes. Everything was brought completely cooled down. It's not so much the annoying long wait as the misleading information. Trust is lost, I will no longer order here, as well as the guests who were waiting for pizza.

We ordered pizza. We are very unhappy. The pizza arrived cold. They said to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes, but the pizza arrived in 2 hours. It's a disgusting place. We are not going to order any more. In addition to all of the above, the deliveryman did not have a bag for transportation. I believe that a pregnant woman should not eat such food!!! We used to order and were satisfied, but now the place has deteriorated and ruined the impression.
