I calmly wrote my opinion to them on Instagram (and ordered there).The response was rude, aggressive and ruined the mood for the whole day.Making me and Mom look like fools!No one returned the money , they fucked up as they wanted and also blocked it.

Don't order flowers here! Terrible service. I ordered a bouquet worth 5,000. The performers, without consulting me, changed the flowers in the bouquet to others and made it almost 2 times smaller in size. How many times I ordered a bouquet, all these details were discussed with the customer from beginning to end. When I tried to solve the issue, the girl in a very brazen way made me feel guilty, declared her unwillingness to apologize and somehow solve the situation. She was dissatisfied with the fact that claims were being written to her and expressed herself like this: "Why are you shaking the air, do you have a lot of time?" As a result, she said that she would take the bouquet from the recipient without my knowledge. To which I said that she had no right to do this, and the girl said that she could do whatever she wanted, because I did not like the bouquet😹 Well, like the cherry on the cake in voice messages (it's not clear why it was appropriate to communicate like this. I sent messages) raised my voice and behaved aggressively. In short, beware of such a service. Choose your mood and performer with a willingness to solve problems, rather than childish behavior.
