Very pleasant staff, happy to help you choose a tour and professionally approach their business. We flew on vacation in the summer, asked us for a premium hotel in Sharma, so that there would be plenty of food and a good beach with service. After discussions, it was decided that it would be Rixos Sharm el Sheikh. Seagate came out too expensive. You didn't make a mistake with the choice! The hotel is amazing! Everything is very well thought out, there is a lot of food, meat or fish is fried in front of you at your own request. The staff speaks Russian. Proagent travel agents.kz were in touch throughout the trip, although we did not need their help (except when we asked to buy tickets to Cairo). We flew to Sunday airport, we met Sharma at the port, everything was well organized. I attached a photo from my vacation
