Such a great service I enjoyed at the store. A friend recommended that I go there and I was not disappointed. Took my laptop there for internal check, the service department reached out to say it was just the charger that had issues. All services was rendered to me at no cost because they had no reason to change anything in the laptop. Above all, my adapter was changed and still did not charge me for it. That was exceptional to me. Also, for native speakers, there is a person or two who can receive your complaint in English language. Thank you Probook.

Всем рекомендую этот магазин ноутбуков! Искала мощный ноутбук под задачи профессионального монтажа, но денег было не так много. Сотрудник Иван помог мне быстро определиться с выбором, подсказал вариант, который идеально подходил по параметрам и соотносился с моими возможностями. Ребята оперативно решили вопрос с лазерной гравировкой, оперативкой и виндой, в итоге я получила день в день ноутбук, готовый к работе. Я очень довольна покупкой! Отдельное спасибо Ивану, который спустя время после покупки помог мне вылечить ноутбук от трояна, мною по неосторожности подцепленного))

У меня вчера случилась катастрофа. Сломался ноут. Меня поймут те, для кого это рабочий инструмент. В интернете нашла этот компьютерный магазин. Огромный плюс, что эти ребята продают не только новые, но и подержанные компы и сами занимаются ремонтом. Для меня это был выход, т.к. я не располагала средствами на новый приличный ноут. Короче подобрали мне то что нужно и по деньгам и под мои потребности. Обслужили быстро, вежливо и профессионально! Кстати, ещё гарантия на год! Я очень рекомендую этот магазин.
