I had to take out a bank loan. I accidentally clicked on the link, I thought it was mtbank, filled in the data, they called in just a minute (I put five stars here, quickly)) They said it was approved. Then I saw that it was not a bank but a credit broker and decided to call to cancel the meeting. A struggle began for the client, apparently they tried to persuade me to contact them, I said that I would not cancel the meeting and hung up. A minute later, another employee dialed, apparently, the raid boss,, and tried to pull me back into her lair, I culturally did not send anyone, said thank you not a little, and I do not need their services, which began to intimidate me with a bad credit history. I refused again and instead of wishing a good day, the employee,"raid boss" said "well, go to your bank you will have a bad story" and so cheekily, then I immediately realized that it was not mine😁 An hour later I went to the bank where the loan was successfully approved. I will never contact this office even if I have to. Learn the rules of customer orientation if you write that you are professionals😁

Обратились в Прокредит потому, что мне с низким доходом не давали нужную сумму. А дома грандиозный ремонт. Консультант Оксана всё оформила,сделала и мы уже едем за деньгами. Людям, которые пишут негативные отзывы про то,что дерут деньги,хочу сказать Вы прекрасно понимаете, что ничего не делается бесплатно. Вам сразу озвучивают сумму, которую должны оплатить по окончании сделки. Не нравится,то просто уйдите. Не надо из людей делать дураков,что Вам расскажут куда, где и что говорить,а Вы получив деньги,начинате писать,что мы бы и сами получили. Тогда зачем сюда приходили. Спасибо большое работникам Прокредит за помощь.

5 сентября обратилась в эту организации для того, чтобы они помогли мне решить мой вопрос с рефинансированием моих многочисленных кредитов. Попала к Марине Добродей. И хочу сказать, что я очень рада, и что туда обратилась, и что попала именно к ней! Прекрасная обстановка, вежливый и профессиональный персонал! Обслуживание на высшем уровне! Реально, люди, которые там работают, чтобы решить ваши вопросы! Марине огромное спасибо! Все объяснила, прям разжевала, все четко-ясно-понятно!
