For two years I have been ordering seeds, fertilizers, roses and lily bulbs. Everything is fine except the planting material. That year, out of 3 roses, only 1 of normal quality came (the other 2 did not survive, although they tried to revive from rot). And 2 lilies were in normal condition. This year, the opposite is true - 2 roses are normal, and 2 out of 3 lilies came in a disgusting state. Everything is rotten (both roots and scales). I think next year I will not play this great random and I will not order the material for planting.

This is my second flower shopping trip. At home, you begin to inspect them, remove the rot, soak, process, dry, and plant them with prayer. This time it happened again. I regret that I didn't throw away the receipt. But I'm attaching a photo of today's purchase, or rather, what's left.Of course, next time I will keep both the receipt and the original appearance of the product. Three trees were "coming out" with grief in half, one tree never released its leaves. A 14-day warranty is very beneficial to the company, how can you understand what kind of miracle you have acquired if you purchase the material in April, and the trees release their leaves in mid-May! One of my trees released its leaves in early JULY! And, of course, there is no way to protect your rights! I DO NOT recommend buying planting material from this company "flourish". Do not rely on your gardening experience, you will still be accused of improper planting and grooming.

(Becker, for example, from where they sent beautiful, powerful seedlings - of which, as a result, none matched the description).
