In general, the store is not bad, it has everything you need and there are always plenty of customers, but there are also problematic places: apparently they have a shortage of staff and this is not surprising. Young salespeople don't stay long, have worked for a year after college and leave.I often go to this store and observe such a picture as the head of the department publicly chastises someone from the staff, without observing subordination; once I even argued with a customer, as for me this is not the level of the head. It was unpleasant to watch this, and I felt sorry for the staff. It also creates inconveniences, recently installed self-service cash desks and the tobacco department, there is not always an employee there and you always have to turn your head so that someone comes up to you and serves you. Most often, a security guard comes up and tries to help you or call another employee on the radio station. No less ridiculous is the fact that the "public" toilet is always locked. I ask the higher positions to do something towards the head of this store, I will say once again, I feel sorry for the young guys who hold the future of our great country. Down with the tyranny of incompetent bosses!

I'll start with the positive:there is a large parking lot, cashiers and sellers respond and serve politely. The store itself is spacious, the selection of products is large, but I like other stores in this regard.
On the negative side, it is not always possible to find prices, long queues at the sausage/fish department, at least that's how it gets to us. Prices for some products are higher than in other stores. If someone has it everywhere before a, then it's great. But I wouldn't go there on purpose. The exception is that the store is open until 2 am, but if you are by car, it is easier to go to the 24-hour euroopt on Varshavskoye highway, prices are lower and there is more choice.
4 stars, because in general it's not bad for the store.

So I bought tea today. The price under the bundles is about five rubles, at the checkout there are almost eight. I called the administrator over - there is no price tag for this tea at all. The answer is "we can make a refund." And I need the product at the price that is indicated on the counter. Maybe it's time for the store's administration to put things in order in this situation.
