An impolite, sometimes downright boorish attitude. Customer orientation is an incomprehensible word that has not been heard of here. In general, every time it feels like you're distracting the seller from an important business with your purchases. I think I'll choose another store next time, since there really is a choice.

Rude attitude towards visitors. The child came in tears after visiting this "store". The seller openly insults, is rude and swears at children. Does not issue a receipt for the purchase amount.
