In August 2023, I applied to this organization for the design of my house. The architecture of the house was done well. Then they made a constructive house plan and Natalia Bobrik worked with us, there was mistake after mistake. I made a foundation design, it was checked by her boss and the boss's boss, as it usually happens. We gave the foundation structure to our construction company to make, after we started pouring, it turned out that there were not enough fittings. Natalia made a mistake in her calculations and put the fittings a little, where there should be a lot of it, and where there was a lot, it turned out to be a little. We had to buy additional fittings, and this is an additional one.expenses. How she was checked by a bunch of bosses is unclear. Well, in this they gave us 2 times those.They used to come to our construction site. Before the construction, we told Natalia that we needed hidden roller shutters on all windows. I sent her exactly what we needed, sections of the nodes, how these shutters are installed, and several videos of how they are installed. Everything seemed clear to her. When designing, I asked her if the shutters were taken into account, to which she replied: yes, of course the opening was enlarged. The house was completely assembled, the builders assembled, the windows were inserted. I start communicating with Alutech, which install shutters, and it turns out that the design is completely wrong, for such hidden shutters they did not provide a special hole in the wall where the roller shutter fits. We are in complete shock, how is that?! We told you what we needed, and we sent you videos, photos, and photos of the node. But they didn't do anything, she increased the opening in height, and she didn't take into account that there should be a special recess in the structure. And in order to make it, it is necessary to hammer out the armor plate, cut out the blocks. Those with major impairments make this hole. Of course, we had to abandon this idea, we do not want to make such major changes to the design of the house. But the most interesting thing is that she was also checked by her bosses, who don't know themselves, or signed off on her. We have not received any apologies, we have not received any compensation. We suggested that they give us a discounted design project and electrics. This is your gross mistake. To which they refused. Their office is large and beautiful, they hired a large and professional company on purpose, as we thought. But they were very wrong.
