According to the reviews, they decided to have an operation at this clinic, and after the "consultation" they decided that they did not need to risk their health and refused their services. We are disappointed with the service at Profimed clinic. We called in advance to clarify the possibility of making a 3D dental image for three people. A reception employee named Muhiddin said that you can just drive up and no reservation is required. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed. Firstly, the clinic is completely unsuitable for the elderly and people with disabilities — there is no ramp or normal access. Parking is also not provided. When we asked where we could park the car, the same employee calmly replied that parking near the clinic was only for doctors, and where clients parked was "not their problem," and everyone should decide this issue on their own. Secondly, when we came to check-in, we were informed that the waiting time for the 3D image was at least 2 hours, and we had to make an appointment in advance. When we were reminded that we had been told the exact opposite on the phone, the employee simply shrugged and did not apologize. This attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. Complete disorganization, inconsistency in information, and a complete lack of customer orientation. We do not recommend it.
