Employee Nadezhda, if I'm not mistaken, helped during the shooting, suggested how best to style your hair, turn your head. And the best part is that I took photos without any questions until I was satisfied with the result! I was even more pleased with working with children — my daughter is 7 years old, and she is very restless, and photos on documents turned into torture. But Nadezhda found an approach to the child very quickly and did everything quickly and beautifully! As a result, I got great photos and the most pleasant impressions! Thanks a lot again!

It was necessary to find and print several pages from a large (165 pages) pdf file. Accordingly, it takes some time to find them. There was no queue. I came to an empty salon. There were two girls working: a blonde and a brunette. Unfortunately, the blonde was closer and I had to work with her. I took no more than 5 minutes to choose. All the time, the cameraman looked at me with such disapproval, as if I had personally done something incredibly disgusting to her. And filtered through his teeth: "muuuzhchina, are you done?!"it brought me back to the last century to a stern saleswoman with a fleece of vegetables. As a result: a couple of pages were printed out wrong, the payment was charged for printing and ... the work of the operator. I paid and left, because it was physically unpleasant to be next to such a "specialist". P.S. there were no complaints about the brunette, she served several clients with a smile and very politely in front of me. P.S. sorry for the "blonde" and "brunette". If the girls had badges, I would write the names.

I took a passport photo on February 28. There were two female employees, no questions for them. But there are questions about the rules of the passport photo. They told me to put all my hair behind my ears, even on one side along my face, but they didn't approve. They say it doesn't matter that the oval of the face is open, the ears should be visible symmetrically. But I have a complex.. I did the styling on purpose.. It turned out to be a monkey, and the photos were printed in red, and there was a crease on the blouse, but I didn't notice.. no one said to remove this fold. I went across the street and redid it in some kind of basement, it's relatively normal. These rules have not been heard about either in other copy centers or in the passport office itself. A month later, a friend took an expensive passport photo with her hair processed, sent it to Telegram, and was accepted at the passport office without question. Where do you come up with such rules with your ears? I'm not applying for a visa.

The image turned out to be cloudy, with streaks of paint, the price was generally said only after printing. Well, the price for such quality is too high. I recommend looking for other printing centers if you need to print detailed images well.
