I couldn't enjoy working with this wonderful agency, because I haven't been able to get through to Julia Baydan in 2 years. And this despite the fact that I had no complaints about her, just before the next trip to Turkey, I wanted to set a time for a meeting to consult whether it is worth selling the apartment, and what price can be set. (the apartment is located near the office of the company). The last time was on June 7, 2024. in response to my calls, Julia sent me irritably boorish messages, from which it followed that she was very busy, and I was bothering her. I believe she's very busy, why not? But I don't believe that in a WHOLE YEAR she didn't find 5 minutes to call a potential client. Now imagine that you have money-related questions and you are not in Turkey. You just won't get through to this wonderful company.

В который раз убедилась, что менеджерам, которые работают в данном агентстве, абсолютно наплевать на клиентов. Трубки не берут, обратной связи нет, в офис к ним приходишь, а тебя встречают с таким лицом, что аж неудобно самому становится. Складывается впечатление, что клиент мешает работать менеджерам. Руководитель в Алании крайне неприветлива и это очень отталкивает! Не рекомендую никому!

I have had experience working with many managers of this agency, believe me. I don't recommend anyone. They are recruited there according to the residual principle. All the normal managers went to other agencies. Through the word - lies!
